Protect your hair from excessive sweat. Use a wide tooth neem comb to detangle wet hair. Reduce your sugar and junk food intake. Use mild anti hair fall shampoo and hair oil like littleeextra coccconion. Maintain a positive mindset for overall well-being.
I really like Littlllextra cocco onion oil. It's good; consider using it every day, it gives results but gradually. It contributed to hair growth and controlled hair fall as well.
