I use amla, reetha and shikakai to wash my hair. My hairfall has lessened considerably.

Mix equal parts of powdered amla, reetha and shikakai. Mix 3 tablespoons of the powder with a cup of hot water and let it soak for at least 30 minutes. Strain through cloth, use it like any shampoo. Keep your eyes tightly closed because it stings. Wash off and use a hair conditioner.
