What kind of vinegar did you use? and can I substitute sweet soy sauce with regular soy sauce? will it change the taste for the worse?

Hai home Taste.. Kung Pau biasa orang tidak taruh carrot merah.. Sos tiram atau samsu cina, sos tiram chicken stock boleh bubuh sedekit.. Ok.. Good job.. Kam Shia. !
