简单版的宫保鸡丁,绝对下饭!

  • 婆婆又来咯~今天来煮一道超级好吃下饭的料理!!
    材料 Ingredients:
    【主材料 Main Ingredients】
    一片鸡胸肉(约300克)chicken breast(300g)
    3-5条辣椒干 3-5 dried chilli
    一粒洋葱 one onion
    一块姜 some ginger
    三瓣蒜米 3 cloves of garlic
    【腌制酱料 Marinade sauce】
    少许的胡椒粉 some pepper
    一汤匙的薯粉/玉米粉 1 tbsp of tapioca starch/corn starch
    半汤匙的盐 half tbsp of salt
    一汤匙的花雕酒 1 tbsp of cooking wine
    【调制酱料 Sauce】*需根据个人口味调整
    一汤匙的蚝油 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
    半汤匙的糖 1tbsp of sugar
    一茶匙的黑酱油 1tsp of dark soy sauce
    一汤匙的酱油 1tbsp of soy sauce
    一汤匙的番茄酱 1 tbsp of tomato sauce

    Poh Poh is a good cook for her age. This is a delicious dish. In restaurants, the tomato sauce is normally replaced by a little LP sauce or known as Worcestershire sauce. Both tomato or LP sauce give the dish a distinct tangy flavour. Poh Poh you are a wonder. Take care.

    You can fry cashew nuts using cold oil. Use low heat n let heat starts to build up. Turn to medium for a short period. Once it turns to a slightly darker yellow, remove cashew nuts. This method taught by a chef to us. It helps to reduce burnt cashew nuts.
