This type of build is really innovative! Can't wait to see the progress on this build.
I truly admire this barndo type home. Simple but nice ❤💪👍
I like how you convinced the homeowner to extend the slab out so you could use the skyjack
Well… I’m sure as it’s a plus that wasn’t the sole reason 😊
Nice video keep up the good work fellas
Thanks Marcus
Wow, great products and build!
thank you
This is a nice design, and build. Need to see the finished product. 👏🏼👏🏽👏🏾
Let’s do this shit!!
Badass! 2 of my favorite builders to watch!
Well thanks friend!
Beautiful work
😎👌🤠
Wow!what a home!
Right!
I've watched a couple of episodes on Build channel and I'm still confused......it's basically plywood, what keeps it from wicking and being saturated with water? And we know what happens to plywood when the edges get saturated.
It’s a different adhesive application that holds things together. LVL type materials more dense doesn’t delaminate like regular plywood
Is this impervious to termites?
Good question, when asked before they said no. Will ask again. 👍
What a home for sure. But the dreaded carry words even spoken. “It meets code”. So even with all this massive impressive construction they just doing the minimum??? Any and everything we built we always exceed code. Any one. An do minimum
Your right probably not the best choice of words in this case because there are so many things about this build that super-cede the minimum requirements of code. Including insulation & framing as well.
Does building in wood make for a huge savings? Timeframe? etc?
That is the critical question. We don't fully have the answers to that in relation to our existing cost. With time we may be able to provide that information. There are claims that it should be cheaper. However it is Inconclusive at this time.
