I found at a Habitat store a pristine Stickley (high end manufacturer most known for their Mission Oak) upholstered sofa for $125. Most of the other sofas were $100 more, dirty and outdated. There have also been midcentury with those wide angled arms for with a matching chair that must have been encased in plastic for fifty years or more. Thanks gramma for protecting these gems for your great grandchildren to love and appreciate.

The store was amazing very clean and organized but some of the prices were a bit high like the lamps I was shocked to see them that high in price even if some of them were discontinued 1/2 price it would a bit much for me but I enjoyed the window shopping trip ❤❤❤❤

I agree that the prices seemed to run high, although I've seen fancy doors like that one Run into the $1200-1500 range in retail stores. Perhaps they are starting out high to be able to absorb any eventual markdowns. (That vintage dresser with the round mirror was on half price, and that made me absolutely DROOL!) I also wonder if the higher prices were due to it being in the Atlanta Market, which supports higher paying jobs in some fields. There is another RUclips-er who does walk-through videos on Habitat stores in rural 'county' stores, and their prices are much lower. Anyway...Thanks for taking us along. I have mobility issues and can't really get out much, so these are great fun for me! Happy Hunting, lol😊

I remember my daughter and I use to go every Saturday that's when the prices was great but after everything opened back up everything went through the roof and it's a waste of time to even go anymore because of the prices....love you God bless stay safe...I'm here watching....

I’ve been to a ReStore once and I thought the prices were high. I don’t particularly enjoy thrift shopping anyway, so I won’t be returning . I absolutely support the concept though. I thoroughly enjoy your channel. You both have a gift for decorating and making your homes so cozy yet elegant 💕

I went to a rent to own store and brought a set of lamp,s for 20.00 and at Ashley furniture store they was 399.

I've never Seen A Restore So Dogg ON Expensive. It looks like they're trying to Keep the Donations in the Store. I Thought the Goodwill was off Their 🤔 Rocker. But this Restore is the Most Expensive. I've seen. I live in the MidWest and we Go to other states an Compare prices. But this Restore Is Ridiculously high. Great Video now I know where Not to go.

I find the prices at Habitat ridiculously high. I rarely go in there because of it. I don’t know who sets the price but they are crazy. Same thing is happening in many thrift stores. That mirror could be bought at Home Goods for half the price.

The prices on the desk, credenza and sofa when you first got in there were good. But it went downhill fast 😂 Those prices were outrageous! Even with inflation. It's the thrift store for goodness sake! 😂❤

Yes, for things that will need some restoration, I think the prices were high. But, maybe knowing the brand and what the brand usually cost, may help to understand their pricing. Maybe about 12 years or so ago when my nephew was having his home built, he got most of his kitchen appliances (most brand new), from the restore and at that time, he received some pretty good items at some good prices. Amazing how times have changed.

Hi Twins/DOB-sisters missed y'all. They're sorta Hit and Miss on the prices. Some thing vare really over priced or priced the same as if New in the Retail store or higher for a Restore store. Wow, seriously overpriced compared to the re-store I frequent and where I go they steam clean all upholstered furniture. If there are stains they couldn't get out the piece goes to a special area where they practically give them away.
