Too many non boxers are speculating on something that happens in every sparring session. Boxers get k.o'd, dominated, injured etc.. Training camp is full of boxers that are better than you and can push you to the limit. Getting whooped in sparring isn't a surprise.

Boxers have a saying- "What happens in a sparring match stays in the gym" unless the two boxers agree otherwise. Do you know how many famous boxers have lost in a sparring match? You'd be surprised. Most of the time a sparring match is secretive. That's why he isn't telling, it's a code amongst boxers. Letting out information like this could ruin someone's career and reputation.
