1010 I love my sadness and I have everything I need to take care of myself while I allow grief, melancholy, depression, and sorrow to wash over me, through me, and away from me. Thank you for this comforting energy I am enjoying under my weighted blanket with a warm cup of tea listening to the radio as the mid-morning sunlight gently dappled by the leaves shines in to my living room.

This just made me cry worse and intensified my suffering. I wonder why they would be.
Energy healing would not intensify suffering - energy healing helps process the grief. We have to feel to heal. 🙂 Please work with a private practitioner. 💙
@@BlendedInsight wouldn’t you cry and feel worse when “processing” grief? Wouldn’t that make you acutely worse while you are processing it if you were ignoring it before? Or do you feel good when you process grief?
