This isn't currently working on Bedrock as the raw chicken gets burned on the lava.
I've found a fix. Instead of the Chickens standing on a slab, use a day light sensor on top of a hopper minecart that feeds into a hopper. Works perfectly

Same for me. It seems the cooked chicken is being Burned by the lava as well. The comments on every other identical chicken farm on here all say the same. Some say try mopper minecart on top of a hopper but that's not working either.
