I actually see a progression of the riddler as the timeline goes on. Origins, he's a cool, calm collected fellow who teases you. Asylum he is more the same, but more snarky and tries to get on your nerves. City, He starts ok, but really gets irritated with each puzzle you solve. Knight he really gets mad with every step closer you get to him, and scared at the same time. He seems to cope by making jokes at you
I find this Riddler extremely adorable, after the Riddler we see in the other arkham series games you can see how obsession got so much worse after this part of the timeline. Here he sounds bored and doesn't use all these big complicated words/sentences, here he's somewhat sane, an asshole granted, but not insane. Fair play on Rocksteady, I believe their portrayal of The Riddler here is by far the best

I mean, in retrospect, I can appreciate what they tried to do here but srsly it was in the most low-key, time consuming way possible. If they at least made it like 10 cool riddles or whatever and at the end of each of them you get an extortion file/voice recording for lore points. But no... Data packs. Hundreds of data packs that take HOURS to gather. For a Riddler Trophy.

I kinda feel sorry for this Riddler. He could've taken a lot of bad people out of power in Gotham if Batman left him alone and instead he becomes another villain because of it. Kinda paints Batman with a little bit of an ego that only he can fix Gotham.

I love that Eddie's *MASTER PLAN* was to become the ULTIMATE 14 YEAR OLD HIGH SCHOOL GIRL and it is actually a solid plan. Plus in the Cold Cold Heart DLC you can hear on the radio that it actually worked meaning this was the only time Riddler won over Batman!

You need to collect each of the data pacts scattered around the city. Make sure you find each of his informants so they will mark the locations on your map.

Thank you for posting this.... I'm so annoyed by this game. I got 180 data packs, all the Cyrus Pinkney pages, and all the Anarky tags, before the Firefly fight, but I glitched out of the map and had to restart. Round 2, I got 199 data packs, plus the pages and tags, alp the crime scenes, all the prisoners, and then the final data pack glitched out of existance before I could collect it. I looked it up, turns out if I had grabbed it pre-Firefly, it wouldn't have glitched. :) I don't have the mental fortitude to go though ALL OF THAT again. :,) Even though the completionist in me is SCREAMING.
Collecting all those datapacks just for a trophy that gives you enough xp to gains some points to unlock upgrades that you've probably already unlock is so worth it eh, that's a lot of time wasted I tell ya what
I hope someone out there can help me. I play iton a P3 and I have collected all the enigmas it seems, since I managed to destroy Enigmas computer in his headquarter, then then I saw one more enigma a few meters from the computer, but somehow there is a bug, since the game don't count that in. So is there a way to go more than one step back? I have looked the map over and over and I can't spot any missing enigmas. So since I could smash his computer, why can't I get through with trhe code and open the damn door. All that wotk in getting those green enigmas and then a bug, that stops me form getting the job done all the way.

The riddles in Asylum and City were fine, I hate collecting the trophies and datapacks because they always involve doing dumb impossible stunts. The SAW death traps were ok, but the weird platforming "puzzles" just bug me since they're more physical than cerebral. I get that as a player figuring out to do counts as a puzzle, but in-universe its just Batman wall-jumping across buildings and shit.

You don't punch the towers, you use the cryptographic sequencer to unlock them.

I 100% all four Batman Arkham games and to find out that an Arkham origins the ending to The Riddler revenge storyline kind of got me upset all that collecting just to get a trash ending I mean I remember in Arkham asylum after you collect over last Riddler trophy you can at least get some dialogue with him and hear him get taken by the cops and you actually get to take him down and Arkham City hell you even get to fight him in Arkham Knight but not in origins all you do is just open the secret room and collect the riddler trophy nothing else
