Dr. Rangan I just want to sincerely thank you for reigniting my passion for science and medicine! Spending an hour or two with Dr. R.C.'s podcast while I cook up a healthy nutritious storm...best motivation ever.🥰 Was aligned with my dietary requirements so felt a sense of control so was happy and proud. Little translates to a lot.
Your channel is helping me return to habits that served me well. Strangely enough, I was more consistent with a morning routine when things were going terrible for me. Once things were going very well, I fell out of the habit. This video gives me pause. I need to seriously consider intentionally building a morning routine that helps me reduce "micro stress doses". I truly believe that during the day we're "pinged" with these through the news (mostly bad), email demands, etc. If I can structure myself to be "strong" or more resilient prior to the start of my day. I need to stand guard at the door to my mind. 11:34 is such an accurate description of most mornings. I'm getting better and don't look at email or news in the morning, and I focus on drinking my first liter of water and engaging in positive self-talk, but this is an excellent reminder for me to write out my schedule for my morning and day, that should include self-care. This video is very helpful. What helpful reminders and techniques for I to choose from. Thank you for this.
The work you are doing is profoundly beneficial to us all. Can’t thank you enough and so all I can find to say is thank you, thank you. As you go on producing these videos, you’ll never know just how many lives you have improved, saved from disease, extended and/or enriched, but rest assured it will be a significant proportion of the population. Positivity breeds positivity. Thanks again, Dr Rangan.

Hi , I have purchased all your books , watched your You Tube channel and I think they are fantastic ! My only issue on a more personal level from someone who suffered from PTSD and health anxiety is that with all the information I find myself "ruminating" trying to search for the perfect answer to protecting my health . Simply take action & be consistent. There is no perfect way, everybody is different.
