I totally enjoy watching ur videos because of the great talented and it’s art form it’s captivating. Thank u for sharing the beauty of Korea and its people,
Just finished my video meal, and I am full! Putting those sandwiches together really is an art and cannot help but stimulate the taste buds and appetite! Ho boy, what a culinary ride!
As an American, that is most definitely NOT an American meat sandwich! It's a Korean creation that might look to Italy/Europe (at least to some degree).
The thing that impresses me most about cooking in South Korea is how bang on the recipes/processes always seem to be. It’s an absolute mission to get recipes that have the correct seasoning or even ingredients sometimes but they always seem to nail it.
I was gonna say the same thing, Its nothing that I have seen but with the choice of ingredients it definitely has the spirit of something you might find here.
@@VacFink …what? Ham is used in American sub sanwiches. So are all of the deli meats shown in this video, such as salami, pepperoni, capocollo. The last sandwich shown is literally just an American “Italian” sub that you can find in any city of the US.
Okay, the thick slab of cheese was some variation of mozzarella. The mayo sauce was actually a Cajun Remoulade (the give away was stone ground mustard and pickle juice). The tomatoes were terrible looking. If I could find a sandwich like that, I would never order one.
That pork loin would have made a great sandwich without piling ten other items on it. Some time, simple is better, and tastes better. That’s one of the keys to good Italian food. Piling on whatever Italian deli meats you can get your hands on, and then topping it with a ridiculously thick block of what looked like mozzarella cheese, is not the way to go. Why waste a few slices of expensive prosciutto by mixing it in with five other Italian deli meats? They just mask the prosciutto flavor. Do the pork loin with some broccoli rabe sautéed in olive oil. Use two or three Italian cold cuts, thin slice the mozzarella, add tomatoes, peppers, and greens and finish with olive oil and balsamic vinegar if you want more authentic Italian
That's South-Korea copy of what they think shall be American food. They just cluelessly pile tons of stuff together and think overloaded shit is American style.
I got sad when they started putting American cheese on those sandwiches. Everything else on there is high quality and looks absolutely delicious and then they put a Kraft Single on there
The most wrong way to make porchetta. Whole lemon seeds in there to go with all the lemon pith the grated into it. It's okay though, can't taste to lemon seeds when you dump a kilo of uncracked fennel seeds on top. Thank god he added a pinch of pepper at the end... almost had flavour in it.
That olive oil brand, also distributes canned olives. Four or three decades ago there was a commercial of the olives, I still remember the jingle and from time to time it comes up, now that I've seen that big can of olive oil I'm going to have the little song stuck in my head all day long.
Holy Meat Eaters! I want one of those sandwiches and I’m pescatarian! Wish someone would open a Korean Street Food Restaurant here In Louisiana!! That looks beyond Tasty! 😋
My favorite things about all these different Korean street food videos is when they make some giant artery clogging meal and just slap on "American". I have never seen anything like any of these various "American" meals and I live in the southern US. If there were ever going to be a place for something like that, it would be here. It's kinda wholesome in it's own weird, stereotypical way.
@@norensoker8053 ROFL! I did a double take seeing them say it was healthy. What do they normally eat -- buckets of lard topped with sugar and processed cheese spread?
I love Korean people I love your country wow you are so nice I spend all my youtube time on Korean food and videos
Love the sign on the door...´Since 2022´.
A sandwich so American, it could only be made in Korea.
If we are supposed to have these kinds of sandwiches in America then could someone please tell me where. I've never seen anything so mouth watering.
@@Adactus sadly “american” in other countries is anything but lol. Same how our “chinese” takeout is nowhere in china
Well, you don't get more White-washed than Korean.
@@muffinconsumer4431 you don't even have to go that far... As a Mexican, I weep every time I see what Taco Bell serves
Hahaha 🤣😂!!!
Oh wow, he use auto grinder for pepper but squeezed lemon by hand n lemon seeds are in mixture.

I don't know about American, but that looks spectacular. Maybe it's more Italian like a porchetta?

WOW thats international.... an american sandwich with netherlands pork and italian mortadella in a korean shop
I am also confused, where in the USA is this from?
Y Aceite de Oliva español... el mejor del mundo.
Too much thousand island dressing was used, its flavor tend to overcome the flavor of those Italian cold cut meat in stead of enhancing it.
so basically an american sandwich, done in Korea, with all italian ingredients
Looks very delicious food 😍😍😍
I like this.
Very generous load of ingredients. Good job.

My man fumbled at the end with the block of cheese on the sandwich, that's what 90 hour work weeks do to you lol
