This is Japanese food. Korean tonkatsu is like a flat schnitzel. It looks delicious too
Based on where it comes from yes Japanese tonkatsu also from the Europe nothing special about it

Every piece of equipment in this kitchen is immaculate. Either brand new, or they are the best cleaners in the world
after cook everyday cleaning keep equipment like new , but after oil left over equipments are turn to sticky and very hard to remove them .

Esse lombo suíno, eu preparo ele da seguinte forma: uma pré cozida no vapor, uso sal, alho, pimenta do reino, gengibre tudo amassado misturo o tempero com açúcar mascavo e mel, deixo a carne marinar por algumas horas e asso na churrasqueira com lenha de laranjeira e eucalipto 😁.

This is not Korean food but Japanese "tonkatsu", the name of the restaurant is written in Japanese "Heki Restaurant Tonkatsu specialty". If you want to eat authentic Tonkatsu, go to Japan, in korea better to eat their specialty, korean barbeque, kimchi ...

Not sure why, but I don't like the idea of putting the flour on before the egg wash. I've always done it after, as it helps the flour to stick, but as they are using another coating after the wash, I could be wrong. I'm sure it still tastes amazing.
