There are 100 million long samples otherwise known as songs on RUclips. With the ability to match the key, the tempo. and isolated vocals on the fly, you will not run out of new song combinations. Its litterally a new music business.

I thought DJay Pro was a cheap alternative to Serato but it looks so much better. The UI is gorgeous. Neural mix makes you sound like a pro DJ (well duh... the clue is in the name). Seriously impressive. The only thing we all have to do now is find an alternative to Tidal after Tidal no longer offers Stems, rendering Neural Mix ineffective when using with it. Beatport/Beatsource are good for dance/house but it's hard finding a streaming service offering a wide range. Spotify stopped streaming integration in 2020.
Agree I like this update, been using it with my denon prime 4 - just wish they could make the prime 4 screen compatible. However the beat gridding and the neural crossfader features are 🔥 BUT it does take a lot of the manual skill away
Hi there. I've gotten issues with the engine os that I had to fall back onto serato dj pro or might move on to vdj cause I have the hercules starlight for back up. which dj software do you recommend for use with the hercules starlight?
@@PhearNoneGearGadgets I've always had serato dj pro. in fact I was djing with sdj pro before i moved on to denon engine. Now that I have issues with engine dj, but the good thing is that I still have my old controllers in my possession. Such as the denon MCX8000, Hercules Starlight, and the Akai AMX/AFX. I was actually thinking of trying out vdj(virtual dj). I heard with virtual license you can use just about any controller. but with the hercules starlight I see on serato site to run the hercules starlight that it would to be with serato dj lite version and not serato dj pro. I did tested it out tonight at home and working ok in serato dj pro but I guess it would cut out sometime sooner and I dont want to go thru that at a live gig.I hear some good things about the Alogoriddum. I will have to give it test run. I do like the way that reloop mixtour controller looks. Alot of dj's are going more compact with their choice gears nowadays. I certainly don't wanna carry too much much heavy stuff with me to a gig either. Yeah man I will check it out. talk to ya soon. Have a great holiday ahead.
Why does everyone keep saying serato was the first to bring stems the first DJ software to originate stem separation was native instruments traktor which was the first DJ DVS system and it comes from Stanton's final scratch can we at least not do the software like we do the original people of😮 to this planet🤔
The only problem is the illegal racketeering that this company is doing by not allowing you to buy the software. The subscription model is so illegal that I can’t even begin to explain it. every company who is doing it should be sued in open court.

The tempo is changing to help with beat matching, because some songs change tempo, especially live band songs. Or songs that have drastically different sections, I believe you can turn that feature off if you don’t want it on.

Excellent review just exceptional.
Glad you enjoyed it

beatsource works, I just rip the songs I like to use neural mix on
Beatsource is great. Especially their premade playlists. I’ve rediscovered bangers that i completely forgot about. Give it a try
People are probably getting sick of me, but I wish my beatsource cue points would have transferred! I’d be using this tomorrow.
5.02 is out now
So much fun to DJ with, especially with a touch screen iPad.

Thats pretty clean indeed

Serato or Alogoriddium DJay with Hercules deck in my experience works great

@@PhearNoneGearGadgets alogoriddum makes djaypro, correct?
I would just like a 4 channel mixer that would work with this program
Have you tried the Mixon 8?
@@PhearNoneGearGadgets rumor has it there were quality and performance issues with this unit
This is my go to dj program period it does have the best beatgrid I’ve use rekordbox and serato don’t come even close
Thanks for the feedback. What about the beat grid is better than Serato’s to you?
Light Work! Stem Separation Software battle? PWR! #gear #gadgets #software #dj #DJAYpro #beats #producer #mc #violin #hiphop #effects #loop #drums #vocals #house #crossfader
🙌
I hope it makes a return, I’ll pay that extra bit for that feature… I don’t own songs and it’s definitely too late and too expensive to start.
Can you cue through headphones?
There is a splitter wire that the deck comes with that allows you to cue if that answers your question.
Do you just plug that into the Radial USB Pro?@@PhearNoneGearGadgets

so it doesn't separate the bass by itself as one stem? thats disappointing , Serato does 4 stems.
I believe it does I saw it in another video
Yeah… I’ve seen the 4 options (with bass) on the mojax review , but it’s not on others… I’m confused !🫤
It does. Theres an option to choose between 4,3,2 stem seperations

It would be worth it if you could at least buy the software.
Oh the subscription model is everywhere now.
It’s terrible!! The tempo does not stay constant and added a lot of useless gimmicks
