I love watching all of your amazing videos. Prayers to you all and baby Violet. One recommendation - CROCK POT LINERS!!! They make freezer meals and any crock pot meals so much easier. They are so worth a couple of dollars for a quicker, easier clean up!

Put meat on open faced hamburger buns, sprinkle on your favorite cheese and lightly broil till cheese is melted. Frozen french fries and you have an easy meal !! 😀😀😀😀😀
Hi Lauren..Ive had Chili w cinnamon before, not really my family's style either..but let me tell you..if youre ever making chickwn stock..toss a star anise towrds the last half hr (not too long so it doesn't overpower it) and youll find yourself smacking your lips and saying this is the best chicken broth, soup etc, ive ever had! They add them to a lot of asian soup stocks. its not enough to taste licorice flavor..especially if like me you despise licorice anything..it justtakes it to a few levels beyond basic broth. also have done it w a cinnamon stick. that versions nice too. but it doesnt need it. praying for you guys and baby girl. ❤
Hi Lauren, I have to say you look wonderful ❤. That little clip of baby Violet with her beautiful eyes wide open is precious. I’m happy she is doing so well and gaining weight. Before you know it she will be sitting with all of you at the table. I know your heart is also broken feeling the loss of baby Maggie but she is now giving strength to violet and sitting on her shoulder protecting and praying for her. In time the pain will not be so hard. It will always be with you but it will become more tolerable. I love you Lauren. You’re a wonderful mom,wife,daughter,and friend. Your family is what I dreamed of all my life. Unfortunately my life has been filled with so much pain, suffering,and disappointment. I try to smile so people can’t really express see how much pain I have. I know your family loves you so much. You can save time on the bacon by using the fully cooked bacon. It takes only seconds in the microwave and you can get a really large package of it at Costco.

I love those hugh labels.. that seems so much better than sharpies on plastic bag.(that fads) good jobs I love trying new ways of cooking (making life easy) besides I couldn't live without my crockpots..
With a family of 6, I started a monthly meal menu in the early 1990s which was posted on the fridge. We stuck to it 95% of the time, because we included pizza and movie nights, and nights dedicated to going out as a family. Even with a few still living here as adults, we still do meal planning, but now it's only for one week at a time. Nice to see that others value the purpose of meal planning. Blessings ❤

Your actually supposed to rinse the quinoa because it has a coating on it! And the rinse makes the quinoa softer more palatable!
