I had a theory shortly after the Kickstarter ended that the last 2 characters would be Orcane and Forsburn in that order. We knew that the last two characters would be returning water and fire, since then. Orcane is Dan's baby, so he needs to be in the base roster, and we had heard in interviews that his water and shape shifting properties were going to make him a challenge to animate. As for Forsbur, we've had 3d models of him since the game was first announced. And he has to he the last character, because CakeAssault is Rivals 1's best player. Cake needs to be nerfed while the game is still in beta and he's play testing it, cause otherwise we're all fucked Not much of a theory lol but still. Anyways, Orcane looks amazing! And the breakdown was fun. I think I'm developing an unhealthy obsession with this game 😂
Does anyone know if Shovel Knight will be coming, or any of the DLC characters? I'm a Shovel Knight main, so If my boy won't be there I'm gonna be pissed.
Crossover characters will not be there at launch, may get added in the future. I also love shovel knight so I hope he gets added down the road, probably in a few years. Would be cool.

Almost certainly wont. Crossover characters are the least likely to get back in. Dont lose hope, it can still happen! But dont get them up either.
