You can unfortunately not block someone from taking a screenshot of your profile photo, but you can limit who see’s it.
Go to Settings> Privacy >Choose who can see your profile photo: Everyone, My Contacts, or Nobody

You can't "block" someone from taking screen shots as I have shown in this video. What you can do though is change your settings to not show your profile. I will upload a video tomorrow and show you how to do it.
