Mysterie No.3 - The Nativity (Biber Rosary Sonata 3) Bjarte Eike & Barokksolistene

This video its the second in a series of music-videos from Bjarte Eike & Barokksolistene. The series, MYSTERIER, is devoted to exploring the mysteries of the Rosary, through the timeless, experimental and sublime music of Heinrich Ignaz Franz Biber (1644-1704).
The texts we use have been translated and adapted from old psalter-books by Aslak Moe, then re-written and adjusted for this specific project by Bjarte Eike and Ross Kolby, who is also the narrator.
