You can use creme fraiche loosened with milk for your white sauce too i got that tip from Jamie Oliver's ministry of food cookbook lasagna recipe
I add a pinch of ground nutmeg

You definitely made a bad price wise decision on the leeks and white sauce £1 it's 2 tbsp of flour and a knob of butter and milk no more 😅😅

What a great idea - I'd substitute the sweetcorn for mushrooms - as my lot don't to sweetcorn! I'm definitely trying this one Lucy. Lucy please leave a little more room in between the eyebrows, far too close together 🫣 put a pencil from the side of your nose to the inner corner of your eye and that’s where your eyebrow should start 👍
