    Thanks for sharing Nina! I'm also a quad right, indirect light. I'm a manifesting generator 2/4. I've been bulking up with a lot of protein trying to gain muscle mass. I've noticed eating early, before the sun comes up, is nice, but if i eat after the sun comes up for my breakfast, I too experience brain fog. I'm glad to be experimenting with this now. I only recently learned about this indirect light eating style.

      awesome! keep this thread updated on what you find! I am currently experimenting more with this, and my environment seems to have the biggest impact on my digestion lately. Also, digestion is slower during the day unless im eating only fruit... when sipping on protein shakes during the day, it satiates me until later at night. curious to see what works for you!

    Thanks for sharing your experience ! I'm a generator 6/2 quad right, indirect light. I've found the same about eating light during the day, like snacks or fruits or juice, just when I feel that I need fuel, and my biggest meal is later. I remember one day, I was going to surf on the afternoon, and before that we decided to go to the restaurant, I ended up feeling so heavy and slow on my board, my reflexes weren't as good as when I just drink or eat fruits before surfing. I will never do this again ^^
    I love to eat my meal at night, I mean, my body is always asking for it. I've noticed that it helps me to sleep better. I also prefer to be like in the background when I'm eating. If not, I'm eating people's emotions (open solar plexus).
    On the other hand, until now, I've forced myself to "do" things during the day because I was tired and went to sleep early, but today I've decided to just flow during the day, and if I am not tired, I "do" things at night and I am more effective. I'm also going to try new things like, going out at night, try differents environments at night, and just absorbe and see how I digest and feel (feeling is my determination^^) .
    I also looooove the Sun, I literally love doing my naps under the sun, that's sooooo resting for me. I can't do anything that involves focus under the sun, I'm just floating, melting, and I love that.

      yes, love that!! it really is such an experiment! I really resonate with being in the sun.... its like eating a meal for me :) And cannot focus when I am in the sun!!
      Have you gotten up early before the sun? I am experimenting getting up around 4 am and going to bed early right now... not sure how I feel about it yet, but it does provide a little more structure to my day.

      Yes, I’ve tried to wake up early but I can’t do it as a routine. It depends on the periods of the year. I know I can’t have a strict routine, it’s not my vibe, so I go with the flow. But really often, I wake up around 4pm without wanting it, and I litterally am processing and digesting a lot during night or early morning, and it’s like I’m receiving the debrief. All the informations, the conclusions, the understandings, a lot come at night. So I have to wake up to write it down 😅 my best ideas come during the night or really early in the morning, for sure!
      Next step : find the balance between day and night, how I can manage a daily life with this flow? I don’t know. I’m going to try things like waking up late, moving my body in the afternoon, maybe then a nap, and when the night comes, let the magic happens 😁
      And you, how do you balance?

      ​@@saulte.c oh so interesting about waking up and digesting/debrief. mine tend to come when in nature or meditation! I do listen to affirmations every night before bed as im falling asleep, and its almost like oversaturation - It doesn't give me space to discharge or reset at night, so i can wake up groggy and not at all refreshed depending on what I listen to.
      My favorite routine is waking up late, going with the flow, and only having 1-2 things to do. I experienced this when i was not working last year, and so many synchronicities happened.
      I am highly aware of this possibility, but I also enjoy oscillating between 3d/5d and experimenting with it.... so my "balance" right now doesnt really exist because I am experimenting with getting up early and going to bed early 🙈 I can see where the mind is revolting and wants to go back to the old, but going to see if its possible to program my body in a different way. so giving it some time :)

    This is super fascinating. I’m a sacral generator, 4/6. I have a lot of similar chart elements as you. Alongside indirect light, I’m also quad right, with gate 5 in my conscious sun and open root. I’m self employed and I have lately been working with way better focus in the evenings even though I try to avoid blue light for circadian rhythm health. I also reflect that I felt my best when I tried a diet where I would eat ~ 6 much lighter small meals throughout the day, it was also low glycemic and consisted of whole foods etc, but my energy was off the charts. I’ve eaten just as clean since but not felt as good so maybe that was the significant variable. Curious to experiment. I do tend to feel hangry / shaky if I don’t have breakfast by a certain time so I began to think intermittent fasting / skipping breakfast wasn’t good for me. Do you drink coffee or caffeine? Maybe that’s my problem.
    Anyways I do find this whole thing challenging to trust in the face of circadian rhythm science that says we need to synchronize with the sun to optimize our health. But maybe it’s a different kind of synchronizing…. Hmmm 🤔
    Also what’s your environment?

      yah i don't do well with intermittent fasting at all, just snacks/small meals with protein make my energy levels pretty even.
      I don't have any type of caffeine, ever. Even eating chocolate after 5 pm will keep me up at night 😆
      Honestly, I love the sun and my body needs it. I spend copious amounts of hours in the sun during the summer surfing. As long as I'm hydrating, I'm energized. I actually don't eat when I'm out in the sun - if I do, its fruit or a protein bar. If I'm just sitting in the sun and not moving though... i need a nap.
      My environment is dry kitchens (and i live in a humid environment on the ocean lol). but my body loves it, so I listen.

    Thank you for sharing! I’m a 3/5 emotional projector with indirect light and the thing you said about physically throwing up happened to me too during a time I overdid myself with work and school... I also intuitively knew I was purging but now it makes even more sense. It’s so fascinating how the body responds to the false self! I’m also experimenting now with eating my heavier meals at night because I feel so slow & sluggish during the day (and I’m already slow as a projector 😂). I’ve also noticed that I like to eat in quiet and calm places, like in the corner of a room, or under a three/umbrella so not in direct sunlight, but don’t mind it being light 🌞

    Hey Nina Elise, thank you for sharing your experiment! I am a 3/5 emotional manifestor, open spleen and root, 3 of the arrows pointing right. Light indirect. At the moment, I am on a holiday, to a sunny island to ‘reload’ but feeling tired all day. Playing with the kids and sightseeing takes so much energy. When the sun goes down, I feel some energy, but feel like I used everything during the day….Until now, I thought indirect light was bullshit, I have been a morning person all my life… but maybe my body tells me something…

      That is pretty normal! I get tired being in the sun all day as well. Are you eating bigger meals during the day? processing a lot of information? That could contribute to slowing you down a bit. When I spend time in the sun, it rejuvenates me... until I've had enough. sometimes that looks like 15 minutes, sometimes that is 3 hours. If I spend too much time in the sun, it drains me and I need to take a nap. So maybe play around with the actual time spent in the sun, as well as look at other variables that may be contributing to the tiredness (like going all day, sightseeing, etc - that would make me tired too!). I have found as a Manifestor that I do well doing something like shopping, sightseeing, socializing, etc that drains me... then i take a nap or relax until i get my energy back. So living in bursts, then resting :) Sometimes it is as simple as informing others around you what you need/are feeling and giving that time to yourself. Your body knows best! Enjoy your holiday

      @@NinaEliseh thank you so much for this answer. Totally resonate with your story! I take a nap during the day whenever I can. Taking breaks is essential for me but I need to stand up for myself to actually take them, and sometimes not possible, we have 2 little children. Merry Xmas!!

Thanks so much for sharing your experience, I'm a fellow quad right, indirect light projector; and this was super helpful, If I may share, I've always knew I was a night owl but now HD confirms it! I'm also a music deejay, inspiration and creativity comes to me at night! I'm the process of moving out so I can finally start my experiment and fulfill my life purpose which involves creating my own electronic music! I'm so excited to say the least! All the best for you!!!

    Your insight is very helpful for me (1/3 sacral generator PRR DRR). I just can’t deal with anything in bright light, but I do need a protein and fiber rich breakfast or else I go flat. However I can go without breakfast until 10 am on weekends. At night I definitely want a robust dinner and sometimes a small snack at bedtime because I am genuinely hungry (this goes against what experts say is good for me). The snack helps me sleep more consistently. Try as I might, I am not a night owl😢, but early morning darkness I can embrace. Fascinating stuff, this digestion.

      interesting about not being a night owl... I love staying up late, its like the rest of the world is asleep and its that much quiet for me to flow and be in my own world (maybe refreshing for me as a Manifestor!). I am experimenting with earlier mornings though and have flipped my schedule so I am going to bed early now... do you find you can get more work done or be more efficient in the morning darkness?

      @@NinaEliseh In the darkness of morning I do a lot of reading and research, meditation, etc. that sets the tone for the day. It’s when I’m closest to my soul. I can also think more methodically at that time. Granted I also need coffee! I would love to stay up late and paint, but it’s just not happening. Maybe later on it will when my son leaves home.

    I am a M/G, 4/6, indirect light. I never really acknowledged the indirect light part of my chart till recently. But when I did take notice today I am already a night owl. Trying to go to bed early is always unproductive. My schedule has naturally formed around me going to bed at 4am-5am and then waking up at 1pm-2pm.
    And I already find myself intermittent fasting and eating my one meal in the night.
    By this indirect light logic it would be beneficial for me to get a night shift. Worth a try as a lot of "not self" programming was pushed on me growing up about getting up early is good for you.
    I ll also try lowering the amount of light I have on when I am up during the night.

      Wow, you are really aligned with your digestion! I oscillate between early mornings and sleeping in - it’s so helpful to have a remote job and not be on a set schedule, so those late nights don’t have to be an issue.
      Really amazing you have naturally fallen into your own rhythm and that it works for you! Keep us updated on your experience with this if it changes at all 🙏🏼

      Yah definitely experiment with it and see how your body feels! Sometimes i eat heavier meals in the day depending on how active i am or how much mental activity I’ve been doing. I have personally found it best to not be rigid and just experiment. The body will always tell you what it needs, even if it doesn’t always follow the exact pattern of your digestion every day 😀

    How was life as a child? I have a son who is manifesting generator emotional authority and direct light digestion. He has had plenty of health issues lucky for him he's homeschooled but I'm trying to find a perfect balance from what I used to know and what I know now. He's had plenty of health issues which is probably explained by the typical eating schedule.

      I’ve never really reflected on eating in my childhood, but thinking about it now, i probably would not have eaten much if there wasn’t scheduled breakfast/lunch/dinner. I wasn’t super hungry, but ate when everyone else did. But that also could be because i was surrounded by generators and thought i was hungry when i wasn’t (conditioned by their sacral energy, and open root felt pressure to eat) 😂
      Is your son indirect or direct light?
      I would just experiment with different parts of his chart and see what he responds to. Maybe it’s just lighter meals during the day - lighter foods like fruit, or less of a serving - and see what he likes. Kids typically follow their design pretty naturally, so see what he does on his own when you don’t set a schedule… or ask him yes/no is he hungry or yes/no to different foods since he’s a generator. Depending on what channels and gates he has on his solar plexus, he might simply not even be in the mood to eat, and that’s perfectly normal too.

    Thank you for sharing! I’m a 1/3 emotional Projector and it was a huge surprise that I’m indirect light. I’ve always been a morning/day person.. when the sun sets my energy immediately drains… I’ve been sleeping very early my whole life and wake up before sunrise. And I naturally feast during night, it’s always been natural for me.. sometimes I take lunch, eat a little thing in the afternoon and just eat lunch again in the next day, with no effort. So, imagine my surprise finding out I’m indirect light. Since I’ve always been able to feast without any effort, I thought: I’m just gonna feast during the day instead of night.. but OMG, I just can’t 😅😅🙈🙈 If I have a big dinner, I’m not hungry enough before sunrise again.. then I have to eat during the day. I thought maybe my time of birth was wrong, but nope. Also, I’ve only been trying for a couple of weeks now.. I guess it takes time to adapt to such a radical change 😬

      Haha yep! Big meals during the day just ruin everything 😂 It’s definitely an experiment!! I believe variances in our charts also contribute and affect our PHS, so may be very healthy for you to feel the way you do. Or could be your job or people you are around that’s draining you 🤷🏼‍♀️ Ra always said, experiment for yourself and never take what i say as truth. Trust what your body tells you, it always knows best!! 🙏🏼 thanks for watching and sharing, always interesting to hear from other indirect light people ☺️
