As cheesy as this movie is, everything about this villain is just so enjoyable. Chris Elliot is clearly having the time of his life and it's so infectious
My grandpa Ted was a snow plow driver for the State of Illinois for 27 years. And there were days that even he couldn't keep up. and there were not just 2, but 4 IN A ROW. Combination of snow and having to get called out of Carroll Co to go plow either 20 in Jo Daviess or 30 in Whiteside. ...I miss him.
When your a kid, anybody who tried to get in the way of a snowday you imagined them as a villian. When in reality they are just trying to do their jobs lol. Only realize it when you are older 🤣
@@stefanmovieflixtomasi they remade it without Chris. How dare they. I'm not only not going to watch it I'm going remake with a better role its Chris isn't available
This movie was so neat!! I remember seeing it right around the time I saw the Pokemon Movie. The turn of the millennium was indeed an interesting time looking back, but until 2001, it felt like just an extension of the 90s. I took those great days for granted.
Ever since I was a little kid the one thing that really pissed me off about this movie is the poorly dubbed in horn sound. Every kid knows that in old commercial vehicles, you don't beat the center of the steering wheel to sound the horn. And even if you did, the amount of honks doesn't line up with amount of times he hit the wheel. That pisses me off so much
To sound the air horn, you usually don't press a button in the steering wheel, you pull a lanyard. The steering wheel horn button would only activate the electronic "city horn."
@@nolongeractive30303 I’d say that this movie is an assembly of the John Hughes flicks of Ferris Bueller and Home Alone and romantic comedies She’s All That, Serendipity and On the Line with NSYNC

2 in a row , that's a joke. In 2004 my school got an entire week off due to snow. Too bad for my dad who was a teacher in another district had to go to work lol
With Double Dare 2000 Snow Day and Amanda Show Instead of Snowplowman riding a snowplow, it was Penelope Taynt driving the snowplow Kids in Snow Day: Huh?! Penelope: Has anyone seen Amanda, please!? Natalie: You're not the Snowplowman! Why are you riding in that snowplow? Penelope: Listen kid! I'm driving that plow to see if Amanda's stuck in a pile of snow! Where's Amanda?!
As Ive gotten older Snowplowman seems more reasonable. He was doing his job, maybe he took a perverse pleasure in ruining Snow Day but kids are supposed to be in school.
You know, if I were to choose between Chris Elliott's two roles - the first as Roger "the Snowplow Man" Stubblefield from Snow Day, and the second as Peter McDougall from Everybody Loves Raymond - I would pick Roger Stubblefield because he is a creepy snowplow man from a child's fantasy. While Peter McDougall, on the other hand, is nothing more than a boring, ordinary and uninspired childlike geek.
As cheesy as this movie is, everything about this villain is just so enjoyable. Chris Elliot is clearly having the time of his life and it's so infectious
He'd probably have a ball voicing a Disney villain and playing a *Power Rangers* villain.
God bless Chris Elliott. Imagine making a career out of always playing disgusting characters.
This guy is every adult's hero lol
I'm not an adult man
Bruh it’s amazing how after 22 years I relate more to snowplow man now than I do Hal 😂😂
Fr, mans was only trying to do his job and make that money and the kids were trynna stop him. Him kidnapping that kid was a bit messed up tho 😂😂😂
This was always my go to movie on snow days when I was a kid. I miss movies like this

Snowplowman is a pretty good villain

Fun fact: Originally, this movie was supposed to be based on the Nickelodeon show The Adventures of Pete and Pete.

This movie totally has a Pete and Pete kind of feel to it.
+needles1987
it was originally supposed to be Pete and Pete the movie lol
That's because it was produced by Will McRobb and Chris Viscardi, who also created the Pete and Pete show!
That blade on the oshkosh didnt scrape very good,
Attempted murder, with kids, kidnapping, attempted kidnapping. The snow plow guy is facing serious prison time.
As a child I thought the guy's name was Darling Clementine, not his truck.
