The exact date for the entrance exam is not released yet. And yes students having a maximum of 2 NG can give the entrance examination but for admissions later on they'll need to pass the re exams.

Last year 358 rank aako samma ko Ascol ma naam first listing ma niskeko raicha. For reference, my rank was 186 with 65/100 marks but I am currently studying in a private college. So, you may do the math.

Malai yaad vaye samma chai you need citizenship ko photo, digital signature, ani payment gareko slip, ani previous education history, 10th and 12th
