- Have you ever seen a backyard Koi pond like this? This Koi pond full with very high quality and expensive koi fish is located in the UK. Koi is generally very valuable. Prices can go up to 10 thousands of dollars each.
In addition to a lot of money, maintaining a pond also costs enough knowledge. This owner has everything in order, to perfection. Growing up koi fish is not easy. There are many factors to consider. Some fish in this pond are already 78-85 cm and only 3 years old.

The pond owner heats his pond in the winter up to 18 degrees and feed a kilo Koi Food a day. During the summer 23 degrees and feed about 2 kilo Koi food. This 90 TON Koi pond is located in the UK. The pond is filtered by three Profidrums (1000 liters K1), two showers, 400 KG Bakki House, Protein Skimmer and Ozone Generator, 4x Amalgam UV's and 1 bio UV 40. All powered by 7 flowfriends and two blue eco Pumps.

Theres at least a 24/7 drip water change. It's almost impossible to keep that pristine quality on a pond under direct sunlight.
Centrioless do you know how to do it what filter should i use i started a new project very big 30,000 L, i can say im good in building also a great design is in mind, but zero filtration experience if you have knowledge can you help?

@@bomhayer15 Bruh I don't know much about the filtration system but I think they use the bead filters (large one) . One company that I know is the AST filtration system . I've seen this type of filtration system in large public aquarium in Thailand .

Our pond, only 550 gals. is really nice and peaceful. But, compared to that pond, ours looks like a puddle. But I love it! We have 8 adults and 3 2 yr olds. But so exciting, we had babies for the first time in 35+years. And for first time being baby koi parents, we didn't do bad. Ended up with 25-30 babies that are 5 weeks old today.
This is pure beauty, A benchmark no doubt.

Those koi really on top of it. The straight forwardness of the pond makes it more koi focus pond. Some people put like water cascades, waterfalls and vegetations "might" lost some true glory of the pond(I mean you cant get that highiest water quality) the koi needed. That's my take. Thanks!
Love seeing Koi! The Japanese Botanical Gardens in Okinawa has thousands of koi that dog pile on top of each other when you approach them. Huge ponds there.

60 gallons laguna rectangular tub is nice too, but how do you clean every poop? Imagine the ammonia buildup overtime, if you don't clean every inch and corner of that pond... that's why I prefer a medium sized pond.

Amazing pond!!! I'd take that any day. But "World's most beautiful" pond for me would be a piece of nature's paradise brought to your backyard. Meaning Massive and expensive boulders and a variety of plants that goes with it. with an added twist of modern style.
Off course I want to have a pond like that, I have a villa in Indonesia and the land is enough to build the pond like that

That really is an epic pond, just out of interest is this the pond we saw Matt from G## lining doing the fibreglass on a while ago?????...... There's not that many people in the UK with ponds of this size and quality... If it is then I am so glad that you have done this video as in the original he talked of his plans for stocking and I was hoping that one day a video would appear....
This guy seemed to be really passionate about the build, and it would be great if you could do a longer film showing the pond and fish in more detail and interviewing the owner, it would make a great RUclips video.............
