I have just recently built and completed my very first pond. Manually digging the hole by hand (3m x 2m x 1m Deep). Reinforced concrete walls , rock stacked waterfall, etc. I genuinely thought I did an amazing job until I saw this video 😅🙈 I am in absolute awe of your vision. I salute you good sir. A true inspiration for us who seek to mimic nature. Best wishes from South Africa 👊🏼😎
Absolutely love how you incorporated those big boulders inside the pond. When I saw those first thing I thought was I could see my grandkids sitting on those...lol. I have been in pond depression for 5 yrs now. I lost my house and my beautiful pond thru a divorce. When I finally build another house I am going to put in a pond way bigger than the one I had last. Omg...my 14 grand children are all pre teen and teenagers except for 3...they would be going wild in mawmaw's swim pond...lol. I get so many great ideas watching y'all and team aquascape. Absolutely beautiful and fits in so well with the surrounding area. God bless y'all.
Fantasic job. What I really like about your waterfall is that even though you have big framing rocks, they are not too far above the weir rock. Very natural looking.
Jaak never surprised by your consistency of beautiful stone work on your falls and around the pond. Never do you just "stack" stones. A great eye for finding the right stone. Great job for display.
I have honestly binge watched all these videos. A few things strike me. First, the quality of your product is off the hook fantastic. Second, you all seem to be enjoying your jobs which is rare these days. Three, I am inspired to try something on a small scale in my own yard. Thank you for this content.
Wow Jaak! Amazing detailed explanation on liner protection with concrete cloth from "Chippy, the nuts hider" there, water jets, intake bay and base prep!! Thank you for never ending continuous pond education! Fantastic larger pond display with that natural sloped waterfall/stream!👏👌
This is an older video, but I am building my own waterfall right now and I have made so many mistakes, especially with my first liner only being 20 mil and I had no sand down and the liner got holes from the massive rocks I’m using. Costly mistakes, but damn its fun building it! I’m realizing from your video the things I should be doing. Thanks for posting! Looks beautiful!
Holy smokes, Jaak! That masterpiece is simply jaw dropping. It's truly amazing to see what can be done when money doesn't hold you back. The work you and your team is capavle of is simply inspiring. You may have seen over on Facebook that I just lost my 24 year old son Myles a month ago tomorrow and I motivated to having one of these features built now more than ever before. The name of the series of pond you just put in is perfect. Serenity. Although it's elusive now, I hope to find and embrace some of that one day again. I'm sure you don't need to be told, but, love your kid(s) hard, hold them tight and cherish every moment you get to spend with them. You never know when this day will be their last day.
This is really awesome all the natural elements moss drift woods and the flow of the waterfall which looks like it's been there forever... Which has made my top five, awesome job brothers
The wasps nest just needed to be put in the woods certainly not the trash, and never use that spray when they're awake you guys are lucky you didn't get stung. Love your new impact pond, it's gorgeous love everything about it, you nailed it guys!!!!
Jaak, I use this pond as my inspiration to build my pond using your tips and tricks of the trade to built my pond, I never built a pond before and everything I know from watching your videos over the years thank you for all you do!!! I use the double aerators, intake Bay and long stream and fish cave like your pond and built the patio right next to the edge..
As always a beautiful pond and falls. Gotta say that I really liked the slow narration of how/ why you created some aspects of this feature. I also liked being able to see things for a longer period of time. 👏 👏 👏 👏
Great Video’s awesome content and the best part about what you do is no hidden cost. You let the customer know upfront. Keep passing the knowledge down we enjoy it.
Now that was a walk through almost stone by stone! Very much appreciated when you guys take all that time in the build explaining what you're doing, ideas, or the plan it's nice to see it when it's done even if it didn't work out as well as you thought. So this has way more than a WoW factor Man, it's what people need to see in real life not just on the internet that pond will make some sales...

@@AtlantisWaterGardens haha, I lived in HI...here in NJ it's brutha but in HI, it's bruddah...but anyway, awesome job and you definitely achieved the wow factor!

Really awesome pond and waterfalls Jaak reminds me of a pond I completed not so long ago. I also love throwing those large boulders into the pond (not literally lol) and giving it some interest points and variety... It's really the key to keeping it as close to natural as possible. The only thing is this increases the cost to the customer but it is so worth spending more to get something so breathtaking. Wonderful job on this Jaak, great to see the spectacular work on that waterfall also. It's really a testimony to the level of professionalism you work to for customers.
I have watched most of your videos.. some of the Serenity Elite ponds were big. Around 14' × 28' or 20' × 30' which I fell in love with, dreaming of how soon or when can I get a Serenity Elite pond that I dream of having come that day...
Great job jaak. I have been to your store a number of times. Can't wait to comeback down to see your new feature. You & your crew have definitely honed your craft.
Thanks for the really informative video! As always, your work is next level inspiring. The little natural touches in this are amazing, and great plant selections too.
If i were in the shoes of the owners of that house i would have kept this awsomeness FOR ME as pond for swimming not for the fishes. Its a masterpiece. It resambles nature. I realized i adore ponds when i found myself in the greek island of Samothrace that is a nature's "pondland" and left a part of me there when i left with heavy heart. Your ponds remind me that beauty.
Stunning. Love how it fits right up to the patio edge. The stacked stone, awesome then finally the stream and waterfall amazing. Great job, great setting. Just beautiful 👍👍👍👍
What an amazing water feature! That waterfall- any one of those drops going into a pond or a basin would be spectacular let alone having a longer stream like that it’s just amazing. The patio being cut into the pond is also awesome. I like how that southern magnolia is hiding the pond from view. Does that tree stay green all year?
You have the best ponds and streams Ive ever seen! Im wanting to build a large waterfall, stream and pond around this size. What pump are you running in something this size?
Hey Dakota! Best way to figure your pump size is to use this www.aquascapeinc.com/waterfall-pumps#:~:text=As%20a%20general%20rule%20of,stronger%2C%20more%20dramatic%20water%20flow.
Thank you for finally sharing some pricing. It is so helpful and gives a budget and goal for what I want! Beautiful design an implementation. A few other questions- do city permits typically come into play for this type of construction and also do city rules that govern pools (like fencing) apply to these types of water features?
2 questions please? what sort of sand do you use to build up the shelves? can i put old carpet under the underlay to add cushioning? ( the soil is pretty soft already)
Any kind of clean sand will work, just make sure you compact it. You can use old carpet, just be aware that it'll deteriorate a more quickly from the moisture and elements than normal underlayment.
You're so generous with your knowledge. Thank you. It's rare and appreciated. Also, loved the team meeting for many reasons. Glad you included it.
Thanks! We're glad you enjoyed it!
