As a Christian, I agree with Noel on the Christian rap. Christians now a days try to just replicate the world. They try to recreate the sounds that people like to be relevant instead of just being different. He’s not wrong.

Yea completing your first communion is what allows you to eat the the bread and confirmation is when you confess your sins to the priest.. or at least that’s how it was in my catholic school.

Your first communion IS your first Eucharist. Like another commenter said though, many churches don't allow you to receive communion until you're a little older and, in their eyes, are able to fully comprehend what you're doing and why.
