Unfortunately the lower market is stagnant. I’d bet in 6 months time all the people trying to get rid of their Rolex. The lower new Rolex won’t be higher than retail. Only high end rare watches are gonna be valuable.
It's understandable that you don't like making predictions of where watch prices will be in the near future, but if anyone understands the market and it's trends it's definitely Roman and Adrian. I will admit there were a few surprises for me on your list, I can't argue with your expert opinions however. Now people will know when to make their purchase. Great episode.😊
Adrian, I’ve heard you critique the deep sea for being too heavy for Scuba diving inn several videos and that it will make you sink to teh bottom. I know you are partly joking but just want you to know that divers wear WEIGHTS to *help* them sink to the bottom.. So there’s no problem wearing a heavy gold watch when diving, in fact it might enable the diver to use a pound less weight on their weight belt. A more practical question about this watch is the fact that if the solid gold is shiny, some people say that shiny objects can attract sharks lol, tho i dont know how true this is divers are often discouraged from wearing anything to shiny for that reason.
