Mr. Bean is literally the scariest film I've ever seen. That scene with the painting horrified me as a child. It disturbed me deeply along with the music. I can watch the film, just not that scene or the end.
The actual podcast has a slightly lower energy then when you just binge the clips. They’re a bit calmer. I like the podcast for background when I’m doing long drives or chores but clips for shorter periods when I want highlights (or don’t have time to keep up with the show). The eps had a brief dip in quality but I hear they’ve picked back up steam (yahoo answers shutting down was really rough). I’m also not a fan of the live eps bc it feels like they play with the audience a lot and it doesn’t translate to audio for me, but the trade off is that the energy is a lot higher in a live episode. Also you occasionally hear stories online from people in the audience about the live show (so I’m looking forward to a specific upcoming episode). This is a long way for me to say yes you should listen to the podcast.
@@Animallovercomedian Wow, thanks for the thoughtful response! My main problem is that I've already got plenty of podcasts for long drives and things. I think the clips have worked so well for me because they're so short. It's really hard to find funny 5-10 minute chunks of content, y'know?
I need to speak my peace on this. I think this delayed listening of their Man Vs. Bee bits is the absolute pique of the podcast listening experience. I kept seeing MBMBaM Man vs. Bee bits get unearthed on my YT homepage, and like I honest to god can't stress this enough; I thought this was fake. I can't even tell anymore if this is a real show or a made up MBMBaM bit that's just continued due to the sheer insanity of it. I feel like I'm being gaslit into thinking this show is a real thing, because... h o w . No, there's just no way. Nobody can tell me this show exists. It just can't, and I refuse to look for it. This has made my listening experience such a puzzling, torturous yet hilarious journey that I'm choosing to remain ignorant for the rest of this journey. Listening to this whole mantra while being so convinced it can't be real, seeing comments that are essentially eye-witness testimonys to this shows existence is just the best-worst experience. I have no idea what is going on.
Justin's assertion that Bean is a narcissist and thus is a bad person is pretty shitty when you consider his little brother Travis struggles with NPD. Dang, J Dawg.
i keep thinking about this. the casual demonization of NPD & other personality disorders has become so commonplace that people don't even notice what they're saying. like its just slang now or something
"our personal fans blew up the trailer but surely they know better than to watch the show" brothers pls,,
Their faith is touching but unfortunately misplaced
Travis fully not watching Man vs. Bee is by fucking far the funniest part of the entire MvB saga
Griffin expected to find some solace in the shared suffering of compatriots and found he went through hell for nothing
I dont think I've ever heard anyone say 'skits and sketches' with as much seething contempt as griffin managed here
Bee animations were great, especially the part where one flew away when Griffin said he didn't like the show.
I'm glad you noticed! I worked hard to get the timing right
OHHHHHHH THE BEES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE BEES!!!!! 🐝 🐝 🐝
People don't talk enough about how funny Peter Molyneux's™ Curiosity Cube was
I look over and see bees which were a fun surprise

At this point, I should really just start listening to the podcast...
It's weird, I love the clips, but the actual podcast is hit or miss for me. The live episodes are always great though.
@@stephlrideout That's weird. The live shows are the episode I struggle to like the most.
@@aragornk I don't think it's weird to like different things. To each their own!

Travis's betrayal here is really next level.
It's high treason

buzz buzz /disheartened
Oh my god
Gonna start only speaking in buzzes and tone tags that explain the buzzes
come on Travis, its time to get down to beezness
“Go off king”
*suddenly feels guilty about loving the show*
don't feel guilty :( have fun! you deserve it
The bee is such a great Easter egg 😂
I'm on episode 6, wish me luck
