Fun Fact: I had a furby that belonged to my ex and the second I got it from my parent’s house and put it in my car, I started having terrible luck. I almost got into two fender benders, my tire exploded at like 2 am, and the catalytic converter was stolen off of my car in the middle of the night. I firmly believe that it cursed me and I will NEVER trust a furby ever.
But hey, if you act like a furby, I’ll probably still be your friend.

i got a furby as a gift from a secret santa one christmas. it has been sitting in my closet for five years now, hollow and unanimated, a shell of what could have been. i refuse to put batteries in it for fear of unleashing the raw power it has been cultivating while trapped in limbo. i cannot throw it out or dispose of it because i know it will come back. every day i pray to a god i do not believe in to have mercy, to spare me from the fate that will soon befall me. the furby bides its time, lying in wait for my inevitable day of reckoning at its plastic, fuzz-coated hands. i just pray it will be quick. nooloo.
