Thanks Momma Joyce! You've turned me onto two things....celery seed and egg salad! I'm a native southerner (NC) but I've never had egg salad. Since watching your video, I keep some in the frig all the time! It makes a wonderful,quick and protein rich breakfast when topped on toast. I use Dijon mustard, a little chopped celery and I chopped two homemade sweet pickles and used about 2 tblsp of the pickle juice. I found I only needed 1 tblsp.of mayo this way. It's now my go to quick protein snack/meal. Thanks again...you are adorable!

I absolutely love egg salad so much, i make mine with dill pickle cut really fine an then i seed a a tomato and put the meat of the tomato and it, but i am going to start putting celery seasoning in mind because you did I'm got to try that. An i can eat it o just lettuce a lot of the times, but I sure do love my sandwiches what is one of the salty chips can a glass of iced tea.
