In this video I've shared an amazing way to prepare hair gel, hair cream, and consumable cookies from just 1/2 cup of flaxseeds. This can be easily incorporated with your current hair washing routine without investing separately for it.
This routine is to help you regain your lost hair line, regrow bald batches, and have denser and fuller hair for your self.
The ingredients used are all in your kitchen or hair care shelf. I'm sure for your results if you promise yourself a disciplined routine and doing the steps as stated in the video.
the ingredients used for the remedy here are:-
HALF CUP OF FLAXSEEDS
You can use the gel on daily basis also as a remedial action, however incorporating along side your washing routine would be fine too.
the cream is generously filled with their tonics and nutrients thus can be used weekly for amazing and healthy hair.

I did some modification in the gel, after the gel was extracted I blended it again in the mixer jat with some olive oil and the outcome was great for application, thank you mam once again 🥰

@@diptigori3914 Prerna, ka face wash ka recipe deti hoon, mujhe by heart aati hai, kyun ki Maine abhi hi prepare kiya hua hai. 2 bade spoons besan, 2bade spoons Chandan powder, 1 bada spoon coffee powder, 1 bada spoon, Kasturi haldi, 1 bada spoon Multani mitti. Mix Karle ek glass bottle mein bhar ke rakh do. Subha, uth te hi, chehra pani se dho Lena aur apne ek haat mein ek spoon yeh banya hua powder mix Lena aur apne chehre par lagana, halka massage karte hue. Agar aap ke chehre par daag, dhabbe hain toh, wahan par thoda saragad Lena. Us ke baad, pani se apna chehra achche se dho lena. Yehi hai Prerna ka face wash. 😊

In our place we make flax seeds chutney powder which we consume on daily basis with curd. Its sooo yummy. you just have to blend roasted flax seeds with salt chilly powder, garlic, jeera curry leaves.
Daily dose of flax seeds is done with this.

I am using flax seed mask on my hairs since a long time and the remaining seed mixer paste as a body scrub by adding rice flour , the skin feels so great

I boil 1 cup of flax seed in water for about 10 min to allow it to come in a gel form and then as it is formed I stain it before it gets cool becoz after it gets cool its not possible to separate.
You can use the gel with oil also but it is self potent , I use it in the pure form only.
Then grind the residue properly and make a paste out of it . Then after mixing besan or rice flour use it as a body scrub.
How long we save this scurb and now room temperature is normal so I save it in my room or refrigerat is necessary 🤔

Hey Prerna,I’m a huge fan of all your remedies and tips.So I thought you’ll surely have a solution for my problem also.Actually my daughter,who’s 22 years old now,has been facing a serious problem of Trictotilomania that is hair pulling disorder since she was 15years old.Though it’s been more than 2years she has quit pulling her hair and a inch of hair was grown after that but in these 2 years there’s no growth.The problem is only in some area of the scalp in a patch where there’s small baby hairs but the hairs are not growing.Please suggest me something for the growth.Really looking forward your precious suggestions 💞

This is the literally going to be the best video on your channel di.. Because of flaxseeds because there's no doubt in that flaxseeds can completely change your hair care game . I have used flaxseeds for quite a while but the only problem that I face with flaxseeds is that they leave white flakes on my scalp Nd length. Would be really thankful if you can suggest any solution because I really want to use flaxseeds for my hair.💕

I am really surprised...flax seeds gel ko mene multiple times use kia after certain durations apki different different videos ke according...flax seeds gel ka hair spa, hair rinse, hair mask etc...but in all the ways it never gave me good result no matter how nicely i wash my hair with shampoo.....hair fall bhi bohot zada hota hai isse muje fresh banati hu bohot properly tab bhi...jab plain water se rinse Kara to rough dry bhi hue hair....gel ko lagane ke bad shampoo se wash karne ke baad bhi residue always remains on scalp creates itchiness also ....ye gel literally sabko pasand hai.....par mere sath esa har bar hua hai that it didn't give satisfactory result even once...apki hair care series ke starting application flax seed gel hi hota hai....ab me kya use Karu kisi series ko start karne k liye .......mere hair curly, dry, low porosity, shoulder length hai ...

After using flaxseed gel, even after shampoo, my hair becomes so rigid. And feels like a coating around my hair.
Same happened with me 3-4 times nd one more thing every time when i used flaxseed gel i got severe headache.... I don't know why
