    Glad to see Wayne well.

This is an entirely different side of Wayne’s playing I’ve never seen before. Horns aside, that’s my biggest takeaway

That was great! I can’t pick a favourite out of the horns he played!

The Estrema has a defused sound but the sound is huge!! Incredible sound. He sounds great on all of them. The Estrema is my pick but I don’t know if it is flexible enough for the diverse work load that Wayne probably has.

gives him such a round and nice tone, it takes away some of that sizzle that i think he likes but i don't necessarily see it as a bad thing it's just a different quality, great horns

Wayne sounds warm and introspective on these horns. It’s a side of his playing that I (for one) am not familiar with.

It's great for you to put the disclaimer in there as he clearly plays for Yamaha. Other vendors might take advantage of that and say, "Look, he's thinking of switching!"
You put the disclaimer in the notes which is honorable!
We know who he plays for. It's just fun to see him play, and especially, see how he checks out other trumpets!

I'm glad there are still people who care about this stuff. I'm so fed up with so many makers (and players) selling their moms for a bit of fake advertisement.

All of them, for different occasions.

The Fierce has my vote, would've been nice to know if he liked one more than the others. He seemed to try The Extreme a lot.

Another good one Tony! My personal favorite was the Suprema. Somehow for Wayne it looks like Feroce is the one... :)

Now it's my turn to try some horns! Uh, well, maybe, er, I guess I'll just look at them.

When Wayne Bergeron plays a trumpet, the instrument gets a credit for simply being there.

He didn’t try a Yamaha in this video under the same conditions. But if he did the Yamaha would most certainly hold its own, and would probably be the best choice for him considering the wide variety of music that he encounters. The Estrema had the sound that I personally liked the best.

@tomchojnowski9215 it's very interesting to observe how pro players shape their sounds with their horns over the years on the kind of repertoire they play every day. I can just close my eyes and just listen. These sweet horns are not for him. Perhaps they can be used on a particular piece or tune from time to time.

Tutte belle ma nessuna di queste si avvicina al suono della sua yamaha
