People generally have a negative view when it comes to anything stock. FL Studio in my option is the only DAW that can do everything music related without Third Party. I mean there is even a plugin to make videos.

9:47 I wouldn't go so far as to call Maximus a 'simple' plugin by any means, mate. Haha.
It's basically a multiband/splitband limiter, compressor, saturator, stereo expander and deesser. And we mustn't forget how complex the dynamic curve (knee) can get. Defo one of the most powerful plugins out there! Soundgoodizer is the 'one knob' version of Maximus too.

I think the L2 sounds a bit more natural. It feels like with the L2 the sounds get an encouraging, slight push, while with Maximus they get pushed by force.
