Some of the older sounding samples on these websites are actually taken from a royalty free and copyright free music publicly accessible librerys. The beats dope.
Nah, tracklib actually has agreements with the publisher or the estate of pretty much all the artists on their site. So they have to direct contact which is why you’re able to clear the samples through them directly and not have to search for the publisher or estate. Thanks for watching fam.

Every time I do boom bap recently I feel like I get annoyed at the chops I make and tend to want to want to make them more complex. Good tutorial btw.

I've always wondered if it was almost too much if that makes sense since it's so polished. Also I bought the MasterClass and looking forward to digging into it!

BEATS SO DOPE I COMMENTED TWICE. Very nice, I have use that exact beat several times. I made it My self not bassed off of anything. Interesting to know where that style of beat came from. Was using is in 07.
I made this beat based off of common’s song “the people” that premo produced for him. But that style has been around for years. Premo and Pete Rock was doing this early 90s.
