Looking for your link to contact the company you used. Congrats to the tourism board for finding yiu to come and show off all there is to offer there. I'm a trip designer with a travel agency and I definitely think this would be a great tour for us!
Not dynamic? - you’re kidding me! I so love the engagement you are having with the kids and villagers. Watching their joy and welcoming spirit as you ride through their lives is heart warming and some of the most human dynamic videography I’ve seen! Thank you
Agreed. The dynamic nature of this video series is you, your guide, the children, and the landscapes that you are capturing. Thank you so much for sharing this with us!
No drone shots even needed. I think this is one of your best video series yet. I'm really enjoying these - so wonderful to be engaged in the beauty of the culture and the landscape. 5 stars, Ryan!
Ryan your videos in Rwanda are absolutely stunning! Thank you for sharing this adventure. Because of you, I added this country in my bucket list!😍 You are one of my favorites human beings! 🤗🌞🚵♀️
16:58 - So true! I rode the Congo Nile Trail a few years back. (Ryan's first two days in the other direction.) "Good morning" is "hello" at any time of the day. Riding this trail has been one of the highlights of my life. It's that awesome.
Ryan, it's not about the cameras, it's always about how you share your adventures and tell the stories. The different angles are just icing on the cake. But don't crash the GoPro! 😉
Wow, what a magical place. I honestly had to watch the video twice before I posted because it was so great! The kids are so sweet and welcoming and they seem so drawn to you. The views are more beautiful than words could describe. Who cares you didn't have your drone. Footage was perfect. Its so green and lush! Wow, thank you for sharing this epic ride with us! P.S. Your guide is one amazing person. His smile says it all. :)
What an incredible place and so beautiful and the people are so friendly, what a fantastic video Ryan👌The kids are just adorable running after you, that sure was a gruelling 38 miles!
Another amazing Rwandan adventure. Stunning. Rwanda is on my list! Kudos to Rwanda for their strict laws on drones. In a world full of people, noise and a daily loss of wildlife habitat, be that person who refrains from drone use. And the same applies here on the West Slope! We do not care for them. Keep making those videos, Ryan. We love them. We are planning on canceling our streaming channels and instead supporting you. We always enjoy your videos and always learn so much.
I am loving this series! Seeing a place like Rawanda on a bike would be a dream come true for me. Your videos have inspired me so much that I'm saving up to get my first bike of my own and I'm so excited to get out there and ride. I love hiking and running already but have foot/ankle problems so I am hoping that biking will be a better fit for me. Thank you for what you do and for brightening up my days with your positive attitude!
I also have foot/ankle problems, the only way I can really ride is with flat pedals. Ive ended up with the Catalyst extra big flat pedals and they have kept me on the bike. 220 miles last week, 5000' climbing at age 65 no problem.
Amazing. Shout out to the Rwanda Tourist Board decision to ask you over. If I was 30 years younger - I would be planning / saving for this trip right now. Always fantastic Ryan!
I agree with so many of the others here. Your other videos may have the myriad of different types of shots, and they are absolutely stunning, but they aren't the only thing that makes your videos so great. Your personality, charisma, and your interaction with nature and the people you meet are a huge reason we watch your films. Drone shots are beautiful, but it isn't the way the world looks from the ground, on the saddle. In fact, I finished the Socal Desert Ramble just two weeks before you started it. You mention a couple of bike tracks in Canyon Sin Nombre. One set of those were mine, and it was so cool to see them on your video. I videoed my journey as well, but don't have a drone (yet). To see it from your perspective and from the air absolutely blew my mind!!! I loved it! I appreciate all the hard work you do to bring us to these amazing places through you videos. Keep it up!!! You inspire me and so many others. Peace my brother!
Thank you so much Ryan, I was eagerly waiting for the part 2. Guess what? We are going there in this summer and we are getting a lot of insights and constructive ideas from your videos when it comes to logistics planning. You are amazing and looking forward to watching part 3.
Beautiful! My wife and I are living in Western Kenya so I got to do a little bike tour from Kisumu to Jinja, Uganda. Those trails look great! The lush green, the fresh fruit, and "Mizungu!!!, " being shouted from laughing children is quintessential! Thanks for sharing.
Wow Ryan! I'm a travel agent/trip designer and this adventure fits the bill perfectly for what we like to do with groups! I hope I can get in touch with the tourism board myself and connect to create a trip for others!
i for one don't miss/need the drone shots, it's way better being on the ground with you as you experience the landscape and people! thx for showing us a beautiful and unique place in the world!
Hello Ryan, I enjoy all your videos and the efforts you put in. I just love the Vibe, As you are in Rwanda. You must be knowing Uganda, is a neighboring country and we have a beautiful trail here source of the Nile bet you can not miss that.
Africa just rocks. one of the most beautiful Countries in the World. I never been down in Rwanda yet. But now that I am able to see a little bit of it thru your awsome virtual roundtrip you giving us, I think about to travel there may be next Year. Good Job, Ryan. Thanks a bunch 💯👍🙋♂
Oh my....sooo cool. Only Ryan could end up riding single track through a field of beans. 😅 Thanks for bringing us along!!!! And PS....these videos are awesome regardless of the technical difficulties (camera drop and drone licensing). There is a reason we watch your content....the technology and how you use it is fantastic....but the content you create comes from your heart....and it's awesome. 😊
I really appreciate your kind words…I can sometimes get caught up in gear and technical difficulties…so frustrating. But you’re right, it’s all about the people I meet and the magic along the way
Hey Ryan, I’ve been subscribed for a while now and I don’t know WHY I didn’t get the notification that you were back, so I’ve been catching up on your videos and it’s really great to see you back in love and back in the saddle. Safe journeys mate, which I look forward to sharing with you.
I need to get out on my bike more, but so does everyone else. Watching these videos makes me wonder what we’ve gotten so wrong here in America. It used to be a lot more like this here when I was growing up (in terms of people being friendly and the pace just being more relaxed). We’re blessed with a lot in this country, but we’re not blessed with this. What a wonderful experience! Thank you for sharing. And I would love to have had some drone footage in here so I could see a bit more of what Rwanda is like, but I don’t think these videos are in _any_ way less than your others without having those extra shots in them. This is such an amazing country that it just doesn’t need the drone footage.
Hey Ryan, thanks for another great video. Just bought a 600X and can't wait to use it on my next tour in two weeks. Canadian border to NYC. The bike is the best ever. Thank you for your input on the design. Take care, Steve
Hey Rawanda...you did a smart thing getting Ryan there. I am sure that very soon many others will be coming because we bike riders love adventure and beauty, which you have abundantly, along with hospitality. A perfect combination.
Even without the drone shots, your filming is stunning. So much green, delightful people and laughing kids. I am afraid I would have several crashies due to looking all around. 🤗. Good info about tipping.
Fantastic views and greenery. I'm sure that you have left a piece of your heart among the trees, down the valley's and in the rivines, Ryan. Lovey video, thanks for sharing.
Great video as always I hope that this Trail gains popularity and can help bring a little bit of money into the communities and show people what an awesome country Rwanda is it seems to me that it could also be a backpacking Trail
So green. I can feel the dampness. You need a guide to truly enjoy the trail. I would describe this trial as lush? Ryan you were really blessed to get this adventure.
This is pretty phenomenal Ryan ! I was thinking that for older folks it would be an amazing trip, but maybe by electric bike or scooter. However those sketchy sections would tip me head over heel 😂!! Appreciating Rwanda (& your breakfasts ).
I agree. Went on their website and they do have ebikes to hire as well. I must admit it's very temping. Never really bothered about Africa until I went to Kenya 4 years ago. It's amazing and the scale of the Masai Mara is immense. Rwanda reminded me of the Kenya highlands. Maybe a holiday to plan. Love to see the Gorillas.
Hey Duzer, I think u gotta add to your mantra the new end is "LETS HIT THE TRAIL!" Love the positivity, keep it up! I would love to ride bikes with u, ever come to tahoe? Ever done the tahoe rim trail? Might be right up ur ally.
Riding single track through banana fields is one of those moments that I’ll dream about when it’s cold and snowy in Colorado.
That bridge is definitely single track!
So epic 👌👌
Looking for your link to contact the company you used. Congrats to the tourism board for finding yiu to come and show off all there is to offer there. I'm a trip designer with a travel agency and I definitely think this would be a great tour for us!

Agreed. The dynamic nature of this video series is you, your guide, the children, and the landscapes that you are capturing. Thank you so much for sharing this with us!
Drone shots and such would take from the purpose of this type of bikepacking trip
Calli is so handsome and upbeat. What a joy to watch.
Your guide (sorry I can’t spell his name), is a great ambassador for his country and tourism there. His positive energy matches yours, Ryan!!😊😊😊
What a gift of an experience. The beauty of the landscape in Rwanda, the beauty of it's people. I am genuinely moved.
I saw Tom Ritchey talking about Rwanda as the next best MTB destination, but it wasn't until this video that it made sense. Fabulous!
Yeah, I do think Rawand will be having a lot of bikers soon.
I love how almost all the kids you see just automatically start running along side you. What a special place man. Love to see it!
Really is the garden spot of all of Africa, isn't it? Amazing mountains. Has anyone else shown it like this before? You're doing a great job!
I havent been anywhere else in Africa, but this was certainly incredible!
Ryan a wonderful ambassador for cycling community. Love the positivity!
No drone shots even needed. I think this is one of your best video series yet. I'm really enjoying these - so wonderful to be engaged in the beauty of the culture and the landscape. 5 stars, Ryan!
Thank you!! I’m really enjoying putting this series together.
Ryan your videos in Rwanda are absolutely stunning! Thank you for sharing this adventure. Because of you, I added this country in my bucket list!😍 You are one of my favorites human beings! 🤗🌞🚵♀️
I'm doing the trial now and watching you ride it, I'm going to sleep in the same tent as you did 😄
16:58 - So true! I rode the Congo Nile Trail a few years back. (Ryan's first two days in the other direction.) "Good morning" is "hello" at any time of the day. Riding this trail has been one of the highlights of my life. It's that awesome.

Haha!! If the GoPro smashes, I’ll be left with only my iPhone 😂😂
@@duzer There you go! You always have a backup plan.
Go Ryan go! Stay awesome!
Olé
Ryan thank you for taking me on an adventure that I may not ever experience in this lifetime
Wow, what a magical place. I honestly had to watch the video twice before I posted because it was so great! The kids are so sweet and welcoming and they seem so drawn to you. Thank you, Jeff! It’s such an incredible area, so much beauty around every corner!
What an incredible place and so beautiful and the people are so friendly, what a fantastic video Ryan👌The kids are just adorable running after you, that sure was a gruelling 38 miles!

The footage is good, Ryan, but we watch your videos because of you, mate. I love the way you interact with people.
Awww thanks. I appreciate that.

Awesome adventure Ryan! I get the sense that cycling has become another universal language!
Ryan, thank you for this. I absolutely need to include Rwanda into my travelling plan. Absolutely amazing scenery.
Thank you so much Ryan, I was eagerly waiting for the part 2. Guess what? We are going there in this summer and we are getting a lot of insights and constructive ideas from your videos when it comes to logistics planning. You are amazing and looking forward to watching part 3.
I LOVE cycling in Rwanda, lucky you, enjoy!
I saw your videos before I went on my adventure, SO GOOD!!! It's such a wonderful place to bike
I've never had much desire to go to Africa until I saw this video.... I love it!
Beautiful! My wife and I are living in Western Kenya so I got to do a little bike tour from Kisumu to Jinja, Uganda. Those trails look great! The lush green, the fresh fruit, and "Mizungu!!!, " being shouted from laughing children is quintessential! Thanks for sharing.
Wow. What an adventure. Ryan you are a great ambassador for America. Thanks for representing us so well.
I do my best to be a good ambassador wherever I go
Another great day for you and us. Thanks for having us along.
Yes. Witness to another beautiful adventure. Thank you Ryan.
Thanks for showing me a beautiful country that I will never be able to visit in my lifetime. To have you and Cali showing it to me is delightful.
I'll never leave if I go here. Even without the crazy video, it's another perspective of this country.
It’s a spectacular place!
Ryan!! hahaha your comment about the dream ride through the beans....
CRACKED me up!
Thanks for sharing your rides with us.
Sketchy trails but what a beautiful land! Amazing adventure!
So beautiful!
Wow Ryan! I'm a travel agent/trip designer and this adventure fits the bill perfectly for what we like to do with groups! I hope I can get in touch with the tourism board myself and connect to create a trip for others!
Incredible, as always! I love that I can almost feel like I'm there with you. What a stunning country.
The kids are awesome.

Rwanda is incredibly beautiful. Your video brings us an immersive experience.
The kids! So beautiful!
Loving this series. Lake Kivu is so breathtaking
Wow just wow I’m loving this series. Bike life Africa !!
Great footage.I would never have chanced that rickety bridge.
The beauty of the location and the people makes up for any deficiency in video quality. Loving this trip!
Thank you!
That second bridge was awesome
Hello Ryan, I enjoy all your videos and the efforts you put in. I just love the Vibe, As you are in Rwanda. You must be knowing Uganda, is a neighboring country and we have a beautiful trail here source of the Nile bet you can not miss that.
I want to visit your country someday!!
Big fan of your adventures, Ryan! This video lightened up my cold and gloomy Silicon Valley morning!
This is really fantastic. So fun to watch.
Glad you liked it!
That's Amazing 😍.
This is an excellent adventure, I am so excited to see this!
Glad you like it, I’m loving it too
We loved this video as it was! You had to bike to every vista and awesome shot and that makes it so cool!
23:24 Wuhu! No fordies this time! Just ride across like kings. What an adventurous trail! Well done both of you.
Papaya fruit is so fresh and so sweet.
I bless the rain down in Africa!
Ha!! I actually heard that song in Rwanda 😂😂
The land is so lush and green! Beautiful.

My guide was essential to this trip being extra special, lucky to have him along
Salama! Very nice adventure Ryan! Loving the Childrens smiles!
Awesome stuff Ryan💪👌
Hey Ryan, I’ve been subscribed for a while now and I don’t know WHY I didn’t get the notification that you were back, so I’ve been catching up on your videos and it’s really great to see you back in love and back in the saddle. Safe journeys mate, which I look forward to sharing with you.
Welcome back!!! Thanks for watching my videos!
Beautiful country side, but I love the smiling children. Thanks for sharing.
Me too! The kids were the best part
I need to get out on my bike more, but so does everyone else. Watching these videos makes me wonder what we’ve gotten so wrong here in America. I agree! I didn’t grow up in the 50’s in the USA, but this is kinda how I imagine it
You're not getting the "shots", but the people in the shots make up for it. Amazing place and people.
Hey Ryan, thanks for another great video. Just bought a 600X and can't wait to use it on my next tour in two weeks. Canadian border to NYC. The bike is the best ever. Thank you for your input on the design. Take care, Steve
I love this - your the man

Hey Rawanda...you did a smart thing getting Ryan there. I am sure that very soon many others will be coming because we bike riders love adventure and beauty, which you have abundantly, along with hospitality. A perfect combination.
Another stunner! Thanks for sharing with us brother!
Even without the drone shots, your filming is stunning.
So much green, delightful people and laughing kids. I am afraid I would have several crashies due to looking all around. 🤗.
Good info about tipping.
Happy for you Ryan!! Looks a lot like Colombia actually :)
Thanks, hermano! It has that jungly vibe for sure
We love your adventures
Great video as always. And I watched. Rising From Ashes.Going to look up more about Rwanda.
Your most uplifting series yet. Loving it Ryan
Thanks! This was a really special experience
Still an Epic ride and great video content, I'd love to ride trails like that.
Love the country. Thank you for bringing us along.
Beautiful views and beautiful people. Thank you.
Enjoyed every moment of this video, thank you
Beautiful country.
Love all your bike adventures, but this one is probably the tippy top on my favorites list.
I agree! There’s something special about Rwanda
Fantastic views and greenery. I'm sure that you have left a piece of your heart among the trees, down the valley's and in the rivines, Ryan.
Lovey video, thanks for sharing.
I love the series. Rwanda is beautiful. Your guide is cool.
He's very cool, I was lucky to have him guide this adventure
Great video as always I hope that this Trail gains popularity and can help bring a little bit of money into the communities and show people what an awesome country Rwanda is it seems to me that it could also be a backpacking Trail
Yep, you could definitely bikepack it!
No need to be sorry the videos are brilliant and it looks beautiful
Awesome video and thank you for sharing!
So green. I can feel the dampness. You need a guide to truly enjoy the trail. I would describe this trial as lush? Ryan you were really blessed to get this adventure.
I just subscribed and love your commentary Ryan. You are so funny.
This is pretty phenomenal Ryan ! I was thinking that for older folks it would be an amazing trip, but maybe by electric bike or scooter. However those sketchy sections would tip me head over heel 😂!! Appreciating Rwanda (& your breakfasts ).

There’s ways to avoid the really technical terrain. This trail has something for everyone
The gorillas are worth making the trip!
Excellent job recording your cycling adventures in Rwanda 🇷🇼 without a drone. 👏
Hey Duzer, I think u gotta add to your mantra the new end is "LETS HIT THE TRAIL!" Love the positivity, keep it up! I would love to ride bikes with u, ever come to tahoe? Ever done the tahoe rim trail? Might be right up ur ally.
Such a wonderful looking country Ryan.
It’s really special
