Ferrari F8 NEW COLOR REVEAL + OPEN HOUSE w/ 100+ PEOPLE

The new color on my Ferrari F8 is absolutely insane! Let me know your thoughts in the comments below. As a real estate agent it's so important to create a brand and stand out from the crowd. For a few years now I've been able to accumulate enough properties to allow my passive income to cover all of my expenses. Since doing this I've been able to drive my dream cars and brand the cars with my Shane Homes logo which really helps with grabbing attention through out the community.
In this video I also show you what it's like to hold an open house with 100+ people. During my early days as a real estate agent there would be times where only a few people would show up to my open house. But.. with over a decade of hard work building my network and finally starting my own Real Estate Brokerage Shane Homes, I was able to position this open house as a party, celebrating the start of this new journey. Which definitely helped with the outcome of the event.
