If you have an android phone i think theres a developer setting that allows you to have both mobile data and wifi on at the same time so if your wifi doesnt work it immediately swaps to data. It could be useful for important matches.
I had both on at once but I guess it still take a second to go from wifi to data. If both are available it just uses wifi only I guess
