I found that i need to get very close to my relay box to pair it with the DT4R thermostat, which seems to be the opposite of what you stated. It now is working but I found it a bit odd that it didn't pair at 2m distance.
The wireless signal should work 30 meters away, so I find this strange. Paired many DT4R's here and all have paired in at 2m or more.
Hi (again), we have a single dying CM927 thermostat paired to a BDR91 receiver for a gas boiler. Is it possible to simply replace with DT4R as shown here?

I have two wired DT4s one floor of the house and one wired on another. I would like to change this one to a wireless so I can site it more efficiently. Is this possible or will the system get confused? Thanks for any advice
You can, but bear in mind the DT4 is only a 2 wired connection so you would have to have this appropriately wired to accomplish this.
Hi. I’d like to pair one thermostat downstairs and one upstairs to the same BDR91 box. Do I just do the same process for each thermostat or if I do this process for the second thermostat would it clear the first one? Tia
If you use the same process as in the video, you will delete the first one. You don’t normally pair more than one thermostat to a BDR91 but if you really wanted to, then once the first thermostat is paired, simply hold the BDR91 button for 5 seconds to get the slow flash again then pair the other thermostat in. Tech support is on 0300 130 1299 if you need it.

I cannot say that it is. We only sell the DT4.
If I have a receiver already bdr91A not just 91 can I just swap the wireless thermostat
The BDR91A is just a variation of a BDR91 so will work the same with this thermostat.

Hi Mark, a BDR91 has 4 memory slots, so you could pair multiple compatible Ramese 2 thermostats to it, but not a T4R as this is a Ramses 3 product.

No, T6 is a Ramses 3 protocol thermostat so only works with the R6H receiver ( www.resideo.com/gb/en/products/comfort/thermostats/thermostat-accessories/r6h911rf4018-2-channel-wireless-receiver-box-r6h911rf4018/ ).
