In further thinking about the dilema that Christians are facing with the R’s willingly turning their backs on tried and true positions and are becoming less and less religious where does one who holds to a Biblical worldview go when it’s time to vote? I’ve never voted D’s and as of now I doubt I ever will and it isn’t even regarding a singular issue but it’s their worldview conclusions that I am opposed to or better yet, their worldview is diametrically opposed to the Biblical worldview; and the R’s are just slightly more appealing.
Oh, I am shocked at this development! NOT!! A couple of years ago, some friends were talking about voting for a Republican to govern New Jersey. My friends are pro-life Christians. The guy was pro-choice. I told them, "If you vote for a pro choice Republican then you're sending a message to the GOP that you are not serious about your beliefs. As such, they will feel safe to nominate such a candidate."
I did not get to vote and I'd have felt compelled to vote for someone else. I don't care about partisan rule. At the time, I ws in the hospital recovering from an injury.
Here's the problem. As Christians, we foolishly believe that if the person is a CONSERVATIVe then he or she is a Christian who holds our beliefs. FALSE!!
Trump and Kari Lake also hosted a Log Cabin event at his Florida residence. So the notion that they hold to biblical Christian positions was abandoned long ago.
Additionally, It would difficult to for Trump to mature spiritually when he has Paula White as a spiritual adviser.
If the mother’s life is in danger, the doctors and nurses will work to save both lives. It shouldn’t be an exception.

Politicians only work to do what it takes to get votes. That makes them more beholden to the world. Many churches and pastors are like that as well, they feel the must be liked to get more people to attend church and donate to the church.
Before I really cemented my Christian mindset, I tried to find meaning in my political stance, but that is not where you will find anything of value, as that is always going to lead to worldly pursuits. Now politics are a reality in the US so I will always vote for the lesser of 2 evils, but I am always a Christian first, well above any political ideology. I think sometimes people put the politics first, get a little too involved, when really Christ should always be first, and no matter who is in office, we should always be working to further our Christian ideas and morality, and not lose focus and get bogged down into politics. I have seen many people get distracted by politics and it is not going to lead to any fulfillment.
My allegiance is to Christ not a person, nor a party. Learning that was a huge load off, that allowed me to focus on what really matters.

Sadly my principal of voting is contingent on baby deleting and I will not vote for this man and woman if they approve of this out of “compassion for the woman.” He sounds like Pilate, doing the expedient thing and handing Jesus over to the “will of the people.” I have to answer to God and so will they. I agree. This was completely about political expediency. I can’t expect worldly people to hold biblical values, but that doesn’t mean, as you stated, that we put aside our biblical principles. I’m a Christian before I’m an American.
Whoever thought Trump, or any political leader is a spiritual leader, was sadly mistaken. It’s not necessarily their place to be a spiritual leader, they have to be a moral leader. Which, according to Christian View would have to be somebody who follows Christ. Now if he follows Christ, his decision should be made based on biblical view. I don’t know about you, but I’d never thought that Trump was a Christian, I pray that he becomes a Christian. But I don’t believe he is a Christian, he is Christianized.
We need to keep the pressure up on our State Congressional, Senate, and Gubernatorial candidates. Realistically this is now a stalemate at the federal level. It has to be won state by state until we get 38 states to get a Constitutional amendment or a SCOTUS that determines life at conception. That is reality.

The thing that concerns me is that the candidates that run on abortion ban with no explanations are losing at the ballot box. Then, what you end up with are elected officials that push abortion without restriction. It's so frustrating to see our country in such a moral decline.

If heart of people from each state corrupted, can you ask help from federal government to change people’s heart?
If the US is a republic and people have the opportunity to vote on all sorts of things (who leads police, who is DA, who makes laws in states and federally) then it is the heart and mind of people that need changing if abortion law is to change. If the physical life of the mother is to be preserved and if the life of the threatened child is to be saved, then gospel preaching and bible teaching are the means of bringing change. People will not change and voting will not change without the impact of the good news of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Everhard Could you do a video on your opinion of the severity of heresies that deny the trinity? For example oneness Pentecostals. I ran into a couple of them the other day. And it seems like they call trinitarians tri-theists. To me it seems no different than saballianism which was ruled heresy in the 3rd century.
I think they often mistake social Trinitarianism for the biblical Trinity, which sometimes I understand their concerns. Social Trinitarianism is NOT the Biblical Trinity but logically does lead to tritheism.
I think Jordan Cooper has a good video on this, but I would be excited to see a video done by Pastor Everhard on the same issue.

Appreciate all your videos, brother. You communicate very clearly and, mercifully, don't take forever to make your points.
Sad. I’m actually grateful that he was so clear with his true position because now I can clearly see that voting for him is against what I stand for as an abolitionist. Murder is always murder. There’s always forgiveness for sin. We need to stand up for our unborn neighbors made in the image of God. Maybe I was too blind to see it before. I praise God for this new clarity and discernment.
Political Class will do what it has to do to get elected. We see this in abortion and with the LGBTQ + movement. Eventually we will just be arguing over marginal tax rates.
I’m Canadian but I find myself in the same predicament as to who when it comes time, do I cast my vote for. It seems that both our countries haven’t got any good candidates that we can fully support …I’m so grateful that I have God to lean on in these uncertain times!❤️🙏
We need leaders to lead the way. One group seems to be more effective and organized to do this, and it's not the moral side. I don't disagree with states' rights as given by our Constitution, but as believers we know not to just hand over the keys to corrupt people to make the decisions. That's not what our Founding Fathers did or intended. Sadly, we also know our options are limited until we get more people with Godly integrity to lead. But that means we need to be more vocal and educate people including our leaders.

He's covering the beliefs of all who are listening to him. You're making no sense if you expect any president in this day and age to speak like the Bible.
