I don't know how hero can't complete every bike design. They tuned engine well for efficiency but they always fall short in aesthetics design, especially the tail section.

Actually it looks good, I saw it today and believe me this bike looks better in real life than in photos and videos.

The tail section of this bike looks a bit odd. Other than that, it should've got some changes in the power figures, since it is not a cruiser

If you were planning for a Harley but due to the pricing, you are thinking of going for the Hero, both bikes are awesome, but if you really want a good bike and can afford the Harley Maintenance than go for Harley save a lil more and go for it, But If you were planning for the base Harley than Hero could be a good choice or If you want a Indian Bike with Indian pricing go for hero, and also dw about the parts availability of X440 It is widely available all over India. The Harley feels alot premuim and more eye pleasuring (Excuse Back Profile 💀)

1. The false air intakes by the sides of the fuel tank are Meh.. Ditto for silver touches on side panels.
2. Why is white the 'base version'? It is the best looking bike.
Hero should given USD suspension. Overall bike is great .
Why do you need USD?

Because USD don't give you 'jumpy' feeling when riding on highways.

liked your review.I feel a better looking Hero Maveric 440 Cafe Racer/Retro looking Scrambler motorcycles will be preferred over the present Hero Maveric 440 by doing a Oval Round shaped Fuel Tank with Duel Colour Graphic design on Fuel Tank and Side Cowls(BSA Scrambler/Cafe Racer, Ducati Scrambler, Hero HD440etc).The Rear Metal small Mudguard will be preferred over the present.Hero Maveric 440 is looking like Suzuki Gixxer and Not attractive.Hero HD 440 is looking better than Hero Maveric 440 because of the looks.
Harley gave the engine blueprints and hero thought that why not use it in our own product and here comes the maverick 440 with body of a sports bike and heart of a retro cruiser

That switch panel on the left is a deal breaker for me. I don't want to be reminded of what I'm missing every time I get on the bike. And that grey cover on the otherwise black switch panel is a serious eyesore.
More meaningful question is Triump speed 400 vs Maverick as both come very close is pricing
The Triumph has more power, and the brand name carries weight
This is better looking than speed

Did you really cruise at 120-130? Most of them saying you can cruise above 110 !!
As usual the initial start of this motorcycle is very good
They should have used mono shock in the rear. The rear looks like hero couldn't came up with the idea for its rear and they just improvised it.
All that was required was an engine that could do 110 kmph without vibrations.
This does 120 without vibrations
So expensive but why no centre stand....!!??? 😮

Its expected that all feedback received will be used and issues will be fixed in next version. But i guess it will also have a price increase at that time!

Bro there's no comparison of dominar 400 with this. Dominar is way better in performance, looks, touring etc so dominar for the win 🔥

Look bhi to matter karta hai bhai, No USD fork, No mono shock in rear, rear end is ugly. Overall looks like some 180cc bike

@@clickbaitpro but it will feel lack of power in this range and will have vibrations , I don't think so , long touring will be possible in 120 for a longer time

Honda cb350rs best in this segment because cb350rs looking foreign retro it's looking wowww. Even Mileage is good smooth and long ride.
