may i ask what port is the second port and what card you used as i have this exact same printer but it only came with the powercard ...ive had it for more than 5 years and hasnt been able to use it for that reason ...plz help🙏

usb type A male to usb type B male. or u just go to computer shop and ask them usb cable for printer. most printer use the same cable.
