  • A diagnosis of hepatitis as a teenager led to Susan Snyder needing a liver transplant. 25 years later, Susan continues to live a healthy and fulfilled life. Susan’s lifesaving transplant also allowed for the circle of life to continue. She gave birth to one of her two daughters after her liver transplant surgery.

    Susan Snyder is a remarkable woman and dear friend. I am so thankful for the donor family and their life-saving gift. The world wouldn't be the same without Susan!
