to even start this quest you have to "ask around" for the location of the gang - you have to ask your customers/dealers _before_ you give them the stuff until you get a hint on how to get in there... only after that will these letters start to appear
@@daliothegamer This is correct. You have to ask around first before the letters start to appear, have you done that? If you have then the game might be glitched.
@@UnluckySWE in my 4th playthrough i haven't noticed any glitches with this quest - if you can't find the letters you either haven't started/had finished this quest or you're not checking _all 12_ possible locations.... and besides - yes! - it's much easier to see the candles when the sun is down 😎

Wait for a day or two in game incase there is a cooldown of some sort. 3. Go through all of them again and look very closely. 4. If you still cant find it there might be a bug and at that point i would contact the developers and ask them about the issue. 5. You can also contact the in game forums on steam to see if anyone else that plays the game has had this happen to them!
@@UnluckySWE i already commented that imo you missed one possible spawn spot in middle dead town ...i found your vid because i was also seemingly stuck: i couldn't find the second envelope for 3 days so i loaded earlier save thinking it may be a bug but that didn't help - again i couldn't find the second envelope although i thought i learned _all_ the locations from steam guides - turned out i never knew about the one in "paint bucket"... there are 12 possible containers if you wander
Yeah it could be discussed as to why we are doing this but i guess its something to move the story line and to get the chance to sell higher quantities.
First of all you must be given the task to pick up envelopes from the psychedelics gang and after that they will start to appear. You have to wait for about six hours after you have picked up one though.
@@UnluckySWE btw last one was hardest, there is one more el box like close to bad asia hidden behind pallets, thx for the tip to search for it in police hours if there wasnt that candle up I would not find the last one

I played like whole day and now am 30th lvl I did 2 sesions of MJ also😂 and like still didnt get 2nd call from them..? Do I need to do something or?? And I do have low respect on some areas cuz I mainly focus on weed rn and dealers clients not so much like in 2/3 game days i do em once

i believe you missed one possible location: there's a cardboard box next to trash container in mid dead town across the street and a bit north from where that "behind the rock" spot is
@@UnluckySWE oh, and i just recalled another miss-lead from your vid: i believe it's second location you're showing - the red trash container in supermarket area - you say that letter is _in the container_ while it's actually _in the cardboard box_ next (right side from that point of view) to that container...

You can only find one every 12 hours in game so try at a later point in the game.

The only advantage was to be able to sell weed to a NPC for a very low cost 🤔?
