Hey Aaron, Thanks for asking. I used the VCA output on the DFAM patchbay (top right corner output) straight into the Plasma Drive's input, then I sent the Plasma Drive's out to a buffered mult so I can split the DFAM audio and send it to different locations, in this case the Erbe-Verb and the Magneto. I just got my first set of TipTop stackables. They are awesome. Very well built and I don't see a reason to use anything else. (Except the cables that came with my semi-modular gear)
Hi Damien! Yes it is. There is no pitch sequence going on for either of the VCOs, so I just tuned them to a tone that was pleasing to my ears. Thanks for the question. Cheers, Attila
+SKOV BOWDEN Hey Skov, thanks for the comment! Yes, as far as my experience goes with the ES-8, it runs stable with Ableton. I tried it on both Mac and PC too and I haven’t had any issues. I think the reason you can’t find one is because they just released the ES-9, which might be an updated version of the ES-8, but I’m not entirely sure. I haven’t had a chance to read up on it yet, but you might wanna check it out. It looks very promising! What would be your use for the ES-8? Cheers, Attila
