    One question: why dont you recommend using a food processor to crush the strawberry? I feel like it could be less work

      Hey, not the creator but a fellow backer lol. Curious, how complex are these characters? I've made multicolor Macarons before but I only needed two colors and stilled used circle shapes. also how thick is the batter? if its too runny that might be your timing issue

    Thanks for sharing Shinee !! I love using freeze dried fruits & a couple cereals. I have found fd blueberry dont work tho lol

      Oh, I think I've tried freeze-dried blueberries and didn't like them much. So I didn't even try baking with them. Now, freeze-dried bananas surprised me, and I like snacking on them.

      I love 2 brands: Blue Diamond and Bob's Red Mill Super-Fine Almond Flour.

    Have you ever tried oven drying macarons before baking?

      No, I didn't try it. I live in a dry climate, and I have no need for oven drying. I think it's a great method for humid climates.
