Oh, I think I've tried freeze-dried blueberries and didn't like them much. So I didn't even try baking with them. Now, freeze-dried bananas surprised me, and I like snacking on them.

No, I didn't try it. I live in a dry climate, and I have no need for oven drying. I think it's a great method for humid climates.
