I followed this recipe using tips from Adam regusia. How to make it if you don't care how it looks. Shells: Mix dry ingredients 5g strawberry powder 105g almond flour 100g powdered sugar Sift if you like, but not necessarily needed. Whipped Wet ingredients 4 eggs is about 100g eggwhites, room temperature is best, leave in warm bowl of water to warm up. 100g caster sugar. No double boiler needed, and you don't Need to add the sugar in batches, just dump it in. Combine: Mix together the dry on top of the wet you just mixed, no need for new bowl, just Mix it into the wet ingredients you whipped it in and add gel food coloring. Scrap around the sides and down the middle until it looks like a mousse. Bag and pipe as desired, I did ruffles like frosting. You can bake immediately or wait for the hard shell to form. Follow the filling recipe as instructed.
I used the freeze dried raspberries for the raspberry macarons and they turned out delicious, thanks for the tip. Question: what do you do with the leftover melted white chocolate in the piping bag? Any way to save it or do you have to toss?
Hi! Can I let my macarons batter sit in the piping while my other macarons are baking in the oven? Will anything happen to the batter? My tray is too small so I have to wait.
They can sit in the piping bag for a little bit like 30 minutes or so, but then you will have to wait for the tray to cool down, and then pipe, let them rest again, I dont recommend going through all of that. I recommend buying a bigger tray, or more trays if possible because the money you may waste on ingredients because the macarons aren't turning out successful could be used to buy another tray instead.
I feel like I know the answer to this but I might as well ask for reassurance😂 would freeze dried raspberries work with this recipe too? And would they have to be seed less? Thank you.
I havent tried it but I would add a teaspoon or so if it was something like earl grey. Well I've done it with matcha powder, and I add 3 grams of matcha.
do you have an estimated time of how long the egg whites should take to fluff up? Because when I used your method of whipping the egg whites it took FOREVER 😂
they are not the same, meringue powder has things like cornstarch, sugar and additives in it, and egg white powder is just made of egg whites. But I am not using neither on this recipe today.
lol I already have one of those on the blog, but it's an old recipe, I remade it last week I will edit the video and post as soon as possible, but I didn't make the shells with freeze dried strawberries just to give an alternative for people who dont have access to it. But the filling is strswberry cheesecake yum!!

Gorgeous work. Do you sell these?
does adding the freeze dried strawberry's change the consistency of the macaron shells?
i think it would have if she added the egg white powder as well.
it didn't really, but I didn't add a lot, and I also reduced the amount of powdered sugar.
Yeeees! ❤
Do I have to whisk the egg whites and sugar over boiling water? What is it for?
Bună , arată super , mie nu-mi ies niciodată !!!!! Care este secretul ? 😢

I always save it! I keep it in a container and then re-melt it later.
You prefer the French method?

Pretty late response but yes, as long as you sift out the seeds
Where did you get macarons mat?
make them
amazon!
hi!! i was wondering, have you tried adding tea to your macarons? if so, how much should I add?
I havent tried it but I would add a teaspoon or so if it was something like earl grey. Well I've done it with matcha powder, and I add 3 grams of matcha.
@@PiesandTacos i will try soon! thank you!
Super
😍
Hello mam. Have a question that.. after paiping, if your macaron batter left...can we store it. For 1..2 hour.
you shouldn't do that. I wouldn't store it for longer than 30 minutes or so.
do you have an estimated time of how long the egg whites should take to fluff up? Because when I used your method of whipping the egg whites it took FOREVER 😂
with my kitchen aid it takes from 10 to 15 min at medium speed
what happens if the egg whites and sugar don’t puff up to the white puffy fluff ): what did I do wrong
Is meringue powder and egg white powder different?
they are not the same, meringue powder has things like cornstarch, sugar and additives in it, and egg white powder is just made of egg whites. But I am not using neither on this recipe today.
This, but with a cream cheese filling = strawberry cheesecake!!

@@PiesandTacos patiently waiting for that video then so I can give macarons another go! 😂
Have you ever doubled the recipe? I know some recipes dont work if they are doubled, just wondering. Thank you
definitely works, I do it all the time.
❤️😊
How many eggs are in 100 grams of egg whites?
depends on the size of the eggs, usually it’s egg whites from about 3 eggs
First time making macarons and they all cracked, don't know what I did wrong. 😭 They taste really good if only they didn't crack.😒
