Section 364 of IPC explained : Kidnapping or abducting in order to murder,
Section 364A of IPC explained : Kidnapping for ransom, etc,
Section 365 of IPC explained : Kidnapping or abducting with intent secretly and wrongfully to confine person,
Section 366 of IPC explained : Kidnapping, abducting or inducing woman to compel her marriage, etc.
Section 366A of IPC explained : Procuration of minor girl,
Section 366B of IPC explained : Importation of girl from foreign country,
Section 367 of IPC explained : Kidnapping or abducting in order to subject person to grievous hurt, slavery, etc,
Section 368 of IPC explained : Wrongfully concealing or keeping in confinement, kidnapped or abducted person,

You interpreted section 369 IPC wrongly. As human body and parts thereof are not construed Movable property according to Section 22 IPC. Discussed "Movable Property" kidnapper/Abductor takes from his person not of child.

If it is from lawful guardianship then...its kidnapping. Otherwise abduction with purpose (as defined in further sections).
