Thank you, Ahmed. It is great to see that I am not the only one. I am an Italian, profoundly deaf since birth, raised orally in Italian language. Moved to Australia and learned (orally) English. After 15 years of struggle, I decided to learn Auslan. I still am struggling, but agree with you - never stop learning.

Love this! I have been learning bsl for 5 years now and sometimes when i am communicating with deaf people i think to myself 'im so rubbish at signing!' .. then i remind myself that i am learning a WHOLE NEW LANGUAGE! Give myself a break! Thanks Ahmed so nice to know i am not alone 😊

There's always a first time for everything, and that includes learning a new language. So keep going Megan!

Hi Ahmed, my wife lost her hearing 1yrs and some months, we bought BTE hearing aid based on audiologycal test, after fiting she could only hear the sound or eco she can't get the actual communication, and the specialist said she should continue use it that with time it will be clear over one month no improvement.
