No offense but one of the best countries to retire in the world is Mexico. Now, in Latin America Mexico is the only country that has it all and I mean everything. Whatever you might like about countries like Costa Rica, Panama or Ecuador for example you would also find that in Mexico but better.
Not that I needed convincing, but medical "care" in the USA is awful and you are much better off in other countries. My dad is a Celiac, so I feel her gluten free pain!
