I'm so glad she said that Mexican people are much more friendly than the people in Guatemala In fact friendlier than the rest of Latinoamerica Se shouldn't feel she might hurt somebody's feeling because she is not the only person who discover the high warm kindness Mexicanos are known to be across the world That's the main reason more Americans live in Mexico than in any other country in the world including Ingland & Canada More Europeans a lot of Russians are moving to Mexico also
I know this video is 2 years old but I have been looking to purchase a property in Chapala / Ajijic and I found that prices are very high compared to some other places in Mexico. A 2bdrm 2bath house in a gate community is about 400K - 600K US. HOA fees are also between 300 - 600USD / month.

So how the recession will affect home prices 🤔, because they're dropping fast here in the states? By looking at it, soon it will be better to buy in the ol' USA 🇺🇸 😉
It’s a wonderful area of Mexico! Make sure you check out more of our videos about cities in Mexico we recommend mexicorelocationguide.com/neighborhoods-in-queretaro-we-recommend/

I watched this video two years ago while living in Guadalajara. I now live in Chapala on a four year residency. I love it.
