Regarding abandoned houses, I'm a former real estate agent here in Italy, and can assure you more people than you could ever imagine just chooses to leave their houses abandoned rather than sell them, just because they're upset they aren't going to get the money they would want for them...especially in the last ten years or so, real estate market went down a lot since 2011... You would be surprised to see the lengths some people would go, just because they are stubborn: they leave these houses to rot instead of selling them, and the only thing they get in the end is that their houses lose even more value due to decay (when eventually circumstances force them to sell'em) or even worse they lose them altogether (due to debts)

The factory or whatever that you sign it with gets a discount for more amount which makes sense.
can you put the truck and trailer on one of the trailers, and then back that trailer onto the other trailer, lower the ramps so the are up on top and then part way drive off then drive the middle trailer off and then you can get things on the top section? Sorry lots of using the word trailer for multiple trailers.
You have a lot of comments, and you make a lot of video's, just watched 3 episodes back to back to catch up, while driving some limestone deliveries myself . So sadly no comments from me on the previous one. (and mum told me (a long time ago) to keep my mouth shut when I don't have anything sensible to say :P ). Forgot about the right hand / left hand drive difference, and the import difficulties that brings.
About the long nose trucks... Yes, usability is a thing. US grid cities are build for cars and trucks usually drive straight roads from A to B. In europe cities are from ye olde times, not made for cars and curvy. So the maneuverabilty is important. But the actual main reason in the overall length limits that are in place here. Having just a tiny bit sticking out ahead leaves more space for cargo. That's what I've heard, being interested in trucking, no personal expecience or knowledge involved.
I've unfortunately had to "reverse a trailer onto a trailer." Because of its wheelbase, it was the only way we could fit another piece of equipment on our lowboy at the same time. Nothing to pucker the ole poop chute like reversing an aircraft tug with a trailer attached onto a lowboy when the wheels are almost too wide to fit 😂
for the fuel runs can you not take 40 units there and then do 8 of the 5 unit contracts? or is it counted as in certain sized individual boxed unit sized amounts when you pick it up? some of us are bulk watching both channels and are still a day or 2 behind and waiting to ask questions (ive not played in over a year so a lot has been added since i last played. Round manchester there was a point in the 90's and early 2000's were certain estates had thier house values plummet and ended up at a point of buy 2 get 1 free and they were 1/3 the current market value for a terrace, certain families bought the 3 houses and interconnected them. Now add to this people who have lost touch with thier families who pass away and noone knows, who had savings built up, and for 10 to 20 years the bills still count as paid as nothing ever got cancelled, or, as some have been found, family member who lived there died, children inherited it, used it as collateral, never bothered to upkeep the property, they then used the house they bought using the family house as collateral as well as the family house as collateral against a larger property, things like this happened a lot, then covid and just being caught out for various illegalities ended up with them either passing or in jail for x years meaning thier properties are just sat there, abandoned, or seemingly abandoned As mentioned in your other channel, the optimus prime look on the long nose mack while correct is only from the JJ Abrams? transformer movies, previous to that, optimus was a slab front like the one you are using in this video, also, the paint factory my mum worked at used to have a show vehicle which was a Kenworth, it was fully customised and painted, plus around the M6/M56 area there are a couple of Kenworth/Mack based recovery vehicles though have not seen them in a while so they may have been phased out
Something you should do with this channel is maybe stream on twitch and use this channel to upload your streams to it as uncut. Would make it easier to also have things to talk about. I am sure a bunch of us would love to watch you stream and maybe even play some games with you.
I might need you to explain that like you'd explain to your dad... or grandad... I don't know what a twitch is lol 😂 but I assume when you say stream, you mean live? Yeah, that's something I could look into. I'm going to research twitches 🙂
